    Incredibly disappointed with the services and lack of responsiveness. Not only has he not responded for months on end, but I'm unable to verify that he submitted our tax returns in a timely manner. Very frustrating and will likely end up costing money. Will be lodging a formal complaint with the *** trhough Forms *****-A Tax Return Preparer Fraud or Misconduct and Form *****, Return Preparer Complaint. Now I'm even questioning the accuracy and expertise of what he may or may not have submitted. Avoid at all costs. Kills me to even leave the one star.

    They are costing me over 2000$ in penalties for not filing me return. They charged me an additional $400 and refused to answer my calls and emails. My new accountant has had to take power of attorney over my business to contact the *** and try to help me in this matter in which I will have to pay them as well. Being a small business owner this is very damaging to my career and these people need to be held accountable. I don't know how they stay in business though there are 2 other reviews stating similar negative experiences.
