    Uship4 less was contacted by me on April 26 where they agreed to transport a jetski from ************ ** to *************. I gave them a window of 7 days for pickup, may *****, giving them 2-3 weeks notice. May 15,16,17 passed with 0 contact from the company. I called them on May ********************************************************************************** he had no drivers available right now. I said no problem, it needs to be picked up the by the 22nd. I contacted them every single day leading up to the 22nd as they refused to contact me first and I received bogus answers like we are waiting on drivers. Bottom line, the 22nd came and went and they never contacted me or attempted to schedule a driver. On the 23rd of May I said I wanted a refund for my $300 deposit and they insisted they would keep $100 of it for admin fees as per their contract. However this company as a whole seems like a scam to keep deposits. This failure to pickup was absolutely not my fault. This company should be barred from doing business.

    I contacted you ship for less to have a sailboat moved from Massachusetts to New York, I gave a $995 deposit… The work was never done and I have been promised a full refund numerous times, and of course, as the Better Business Bureau has shown with the 32 other complaints of non-refunded deposits… we have not gotten ours! This company is truly a nightmare, and what they are doing is criminal, I would truly enjoy seeing the IRS and the state board help with all these complaints and truly enjoy seeing “Cirus” be accountable for his actions in all these tens of thousands of dollars that he has stolen from people.

    They booked a time to pick up my car in October. I gave them a $500 deposit.
    They never showed up or called.
    I requested a refund. They agreed as is provided in their contract.
    Twice I was told that my CC was credited.
    Never happened.
    Three time I was told a check was mailed.
    Never happened.
    Now they refuse to return my calls.

    September 21, 2022 I contracted U Ship 4 Less to transport my motorhome from colorado to illinois. Invoice 5697 because of engine problems. When the ford dealer repaired the vehicle, they discovered $198 worth of damage to transmission and mounts direclty due to the driver connecting "come-alongs" to a drop down transmission mount. He broke 2 of four bolts and crushed the transmission mount. I have contacted the company multiple times using the same email we communicated invoices and payments through. NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

    I hired uship4less to move me from Mims florida to DANBURY wi on August 1 2022 I have not received my personal items from uship4less they keep telling me they are working on the issue I have called every week since August 1 2022 I call today November 7th and they hung up on me and now will not talk to me the company is uship4less 115 Hickory st Melbourne Florida 32904 phone number for uship4less is 321 420 6830 or 321 701 0410 the contact person name is cyress by the way I asked for the contracts and they will not give them to me I don't even know where my belongings are they told me in a storage unite in Florida and that is it
