  Totally unreliable. Communication was terrible and I was ignored repeatedly. I wish I would have read the reviews first but needed to have a vehicle towed now. Here's my short story: They told me they would be there 8am to pickup, didn't show until 4pm. They can't tell me they won't be someplace in 8 hours?Then, on the return trip, they told me Tuesday pickup. No Show, No Call, No Text message. Finally, one text message and that was the last one with no useful information and my vehicle is still stuck 600 miles away. I wish there were negative stars.

  Do not deal with this company I hauled a load from ******** to ******** suppose to got paid unpond drop customer had no money said he paid u ship llc I call talk to mark full of s*** A LOT OF BACK AND FORTH I THINK THIS COMPANY A WHOLE SCAM .....??????????????????????????????

  I was unable to acquire help through many other companies either due to their price or due to them not having a trailer big enough to haul my truck. ***** with this company stepped in and made it happen. He communicated with myself in ******** and with my sister where the truck was at in ******* made it very easy not stressful at all. They provided very adequate services and an affordable price. I will be using this company for all my transport needs. ***** if you see this thank you no one else was able to accomplish what you did.

  They took my deposit and never scheduled a pick up time for my RV. I was in communication with ***** for weeks and then nothing the day before. I talkes to ***** Thursday with the promise of a call Friday, the next day, with driver information and pick up time. No returned phone calls, text messages, or emails the day before. Don't lose your money here; move on!!

  This is an excellent company, shipped my vehicle from WI to FL at an exceptionally reasonable rate and delivered in my vehicle with no issues, very reliable service and great customer service, will definitely use them again!!

  This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Made my reservation a month in advance. They were great at taking my order and my deposit but that’s when it stopped. The day of pick up they gave me the run around on my eta all day. They said they’d call me back and never did. Then I find out the driver broke down. Told them it needed to get out of the spot ( a 5th wheel in a reserved spot) new customer checking in the next day and told them I didn’t feel I should have to pay their fee but would pay the driver. Customer service told me not to threaten them with not paying them( which they already took the fee) then she proceeded to cancel my order and hung upon me. Called her back and said u would rather loose a customer then work with me and she said I already canceled your order and hung up on me again. Called back to talk to a manager and she said he was out. Next day she said she sent the credit through. It’s been over a week and no credit. Called my back and am disputing the charge. Had to scramble around last minute and find a new company. Worked with coast to coast who turned out to be great and they brought my trailer home the next day. Stay away from this horrible company. I don’t know how they’re even still in business
