  We are very pleased with the final product at the end of our project. Despite a few minor hiccups during the job and an extended schedule, overall we would recommend **** Thomas for renovation. We had our old tile removed using the dustless tile removal and ***** and his crew were great! New tile laid down by ***** and his crew was also a great experience. Shout out to ****** and ***** for their patience at our MANY questions before and during the project. *** at ProSource is amazing with help selecting the right product and *** with **** Thomas was a bright light during our project as he can do ANYTHING and his work ethic is outstanding.

  Great work with doing the cabinet punchouts and realignments. The cabinet installer was able to make the cabinets look much more presentable and it made a huge difference towards the completion of the house being built.

  Not a Good Experience... Hired **** Thomas Homes for an expensive total condo rehab project. Aside from design flaws (like installing a master bath cabinet that was ridiculously small for the space), they blew the delivery date by 6+ weeks. We checked progress right before the deadline and discovered a nightmare of unfinished work and incorrect installations, construction debris everywhere (including filling a bathtub with debris and trash, no respect for our property) and human f**** on the floor and wall - so gross. When notified, the manager asked if the place could have been vandalized! No dummy - your construction crew is incompetent and untrustworthy. Took them two solid weeks to get every wrong righted. Management had not been supervising the project at all. And now a year later, we've discovered a pipe they installed (behind a wall) has been leaking, causing thousands of dollars of damage and they refuse to stand by their 2-year warranty. Would never hire them again. Definitely would not recommend them.

The project mentioned took place between October 2022 and March 2023, with additional visits made afterward to address warranty concerns. Throughout this time, we worked closely with the client to ensure that the project met their expectations and adhered to the highest standards of quality.Unfortunately, the claims made in this review are not consistent with our practices or the care we take to maintain clean and organized workspaces. Our team takes hygiene protocols seriously and would never tolerate the type of conditions described. At **** Thomas Home, we value transparency and open communication and are always available to address concerns directly. We remain committed to building trust and delivering exceptional service to all of our clients.

  This was our first experience using **** Thomas Home for a project at our home and I can say truthfully that it was all-around an excellent experience! We needed stucco repair, two door replacements, and a full exterior painting all of which turned out just as we had envisioned.First off, the very first meeting we had **** was there and brought in all the folks that would be working on our project so we could meet everyone and explain what we had in mind. The *********, stucco, and painter were all there along with the project manager and the site supervisor. We were able to explain in detail exactly what we wanted and everyone took notes and were attentive to what we had to say.Once the project started we were kept informed of the progress and also given access online to our project timeline calendar which was very helpful. Throughout the entire process we felt we were being treated with respect and listened to when we had a small change or idea. Overall, the quality of the work was excellent and it was well worth the slightly higher quote to have the project managed and completed in such a professional manner.We would highly recommend **** Thomas Homes to anyone needing work done on their home whether its a large or small project! 6 stars if I could leave an extra.

  My husband and I met with the owner or **** Thomas Home to review our bathroom remodel that they just completed, for us. It was a total remodel. **** asked us for criticism in an effort to improve his business services. We were pleased to report that we could not think of a single area for improvement. The project went smooth as can be, the employees, the ************** level and communication was excellent. Additionally, we had to give special accolades to ****, the project manager who is outstanding! We look forward to working with **** Thomas Home again for future remodels. And lastly, we love our new bathroom!

  Very professional, courteous, and transparent. We had a gas line running through our duct work for the range hood. They came in and let us know every step they were going to take to remove the line, move and center the duct work, installed the hood and refinished the drywall. We will be using them for future home renovation projects because they will do a quality job in a timely manner.

  I am 73 and have used many contractors over the years. Without a doubt **** Thomas was the best. They were thorough in every detail during the planning phase so there were no surprises. Craftsmanship was excellent, work was accomplished on schedule at the price contracted. There was a supervisor on site every day and the project moved along rapidly without days and days of inactivity. All the workers were polite and eager to answer any questions we had. The supervisor kept us informed daily what was happening next and because of that communication we had minimum interruption in our daily activities. We love our new master bathroom and will use **** Thomas again in the future.

  **** Thomas created our dream shower with none of the hassle. Their professionalism is unmatched. Everything was easy, stress free, and professional. Everything is very calculated from the design review, fixture selection, and tile selection. Our project manager was amazing and was here for us at the drop of a hat. Would highly recommend.

  **** Thomas Homes did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel. Every person showed up on time to work and cleaned up at the end of each day. They collaborated with us to get the best design for our needs. We will definitely use them for any future plans and highly recommend them.
