We add our positive compliments to the outstanding service provided by **** Thomas Homes. We utilized them for our complete kitchen remodel and the professionalism and expertise shown by every employee made such a difference, they were so responsive and a real pleasure to work with. I am addicted to TODD THOMAS HOME. We entered into a contract with them to renovate two bathrooms and our family room. Then we pretty much added on the rest of the house. Listen, when you get started on the reno, and you paint one room, you are going to realize that all of the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, new fans, lighting... the list goes on. Go ahead and go big on your home. You will not be sorry. We started our reno in January of 2023. We finished it in May. Pretty much right on target for what Todd Thomas Home had estimated. Every person on the Todd Thomas Team went above and beyond. We opted to stay in our home during the reno so they operated in stages. Perhaps staying was not our best idea, but it did allow us to see the team in action and there was not a day that went by that they didn’t do a clean up job before they left. The Todd Thomas team were ultimate professionals. So much so, that just recently, I reached out to them to come and do some “Handy Man” work for us. I really wanted it done right. In less than a week they had the most talented Handy Man at my house for a two day job. He touched on so many areas. Everything was done perfectly. I think we are done for 2023, it is December after all, but I admit, I do have a list of things that we still want to update. And of course, we will be reaching out to Todd Thomas Home.Todd Thomas Home Improvements

We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Todd Thomas for any project! We contacted them to schedule a meeting for a kitchen cabinet replacement and was scheduled our initial appointment within days. Their specialist came to our house to measure everything and gave us a lot of good advice to consider going forward. Once we had a good idea of what we wanted, they scheduled us to their showroom to see all the options they had to offer (wood, cabinet designs, handles, lights, etc). From there they created our new kitchen design using a software tool that showed us in 360 degrees what it would look like. Everything flowed seamlessly and their quotes were spot-on with no hidden fees. Once we signed the final agreement, their team came to our house to introduce themselves and answered any questions we had. In addition to the cabinet install, they also took care of electrical and plumbing. We even decided to replace our countertops. Within a couple of weeks the cabinets were delivered and our project started. The entire process was simply fantastic from start to finish. Once completed, Todd Thomas (owner) visited us to hear if we had any comments or complaints which we only had complements. Prior to contacting Todd Thomas, we tried another competitor in Rockledge FL but was extremely disappointed with them. Their quote to redo our kitchen had a $30,000 difference in costs depending on what we selected. They never followed-up to our questions on a timely matter (3 weeks would pass before hearing back after leaving several messages). We are so glad they had terrible service since we found Todd Thomas instead. If you are thinking of any project, give them a call…you won’t be disappointed!! I used Todd Thomas Home to do a renovation of a house that had been my mother's. There had been an issue with hoarding, the roof leaked, the plumbing leaked and the electrical was unsafe. I cannot describe the level of disrepair of the house. I had contacted contractors in the past and they laughed at me or insulted my family for living in a "sh*t hole" (exact words), and not tearing it down. I then found Todd Thomas Home. They epitomized professionalism from start to finish - EVEN when my relatives living in the house were less than ideal to deal with. I have never been so impressed by a company - EVER! I do not have enough wonderful things to say. Yet, professional, kind, and understanding are one thing but the product is something else. The house is UNBELIEVABLE! The project manager, Steve, in particular, was AMAZING! He reviewed the items I selected and told me when he felt I could get the same or better quality for a lower price. I live in AZ but they were on top of the project the whole time. Steve would text me pictures, options, prices, and refer me to folks he trusted when needed. He was incredible and the workers and the office staff were as well. I know these folks understood what I was trying to do and took this job personally. Think about how easy it would have been to take my money and do a poor job! I live in AZ and they were my source of communication. How would I know? Instead, the house is BEAUTIFUL! My relative who lives in the home is in poor health and has lived there since we were kids. When the work was done, she walked into the house and called me crying. Many of my relatives have seen the house and all were blown away. It went from leaking pipes to new plumbing, not 1 but 2 bathrooms, the foundation for flooring to luxury vinyl, a car port, new windows, new doors, a new foundation, a FL room. The kitchen was awful but now has new tile, an island, and backsplash. I cannot urge you enough to use this company, I am forever indebted to them.Todd Thomas Home Improvements

turned my 2 car garage into a large bedroom. I was kept apprised of everything going on daily, Always on time and kept a very clean worksite. Would highly recommend and will use them again if I ever do another project.Todd Thomas Home Improvements

Hello. If you are looking for a superior quality contractor that delivers on every aspect of your remodel or home project redo, look no further. Todd ****** Homes goes above and beyond anything I could've imagined. TTH is not cheap, but if you are willing to pay for QUALITY, peace of mind, hand holding and being there every step of the remodel then call these guys. We had a master bath remodel on the 2nd floor of our condo that needed a complete gut/redo. The previous owners cut corners and it was just awful. We wanted to move the toilet, reconfigure the shower, the electric,plumbing,tile, remove a closet - a complete gut. We interviewed 3 contractors, 2 said they could not move the toilet which was a big no-go for us. We almost gave up but found Todd ****** Homes by chance, and they stood out head and shoulders above the other 2. Immediately, from the 1st meeting with Matthew at TTH we were sold. They had every detail laid out from start to finish. Their team (4 guys) showed up (on time, always on time btw) to make sure we were ALL on the same page before we started. Extremely professional and thorough. We were given a timeline and what to do/get for every step of the way. The 1st day of the demo they protected our floor/furniture/etc with high quality materials to not damage the property. Each step, from demo to reconstruction, was handled by a top notch, a professional vendor/artisan/plumber/electrician/painter/etc. All this was led by our amazing project manager Doug, who had our backs every step of the way. He was extremely patient, professional, hard working, and just a great guy. The end result is absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about how wonderful the process was - for a remodel. Doug made sure we were completely happy before any sign-off. The final step was a visit from the owner, Todd ******, for a final view and to make sure we were 100% happy. We have more remodels in mind, and will ONLY use TTH. Don't be fooled by the lower price contractors..Todd Thomas Home Improvements

The team at Todd Thomas did such an amazing job on the bathroom remodel. I highly recommend using them for any remodeling project you have. I plan to use them for an upcoming kitchen remodel in the coming year. They are super professional, detailed oriented, and provided quality craftsmanship.
