    We had fence installed by Fence outlet within the last 60 days. Much of the since then we have been out of town. Yesterday we discovered that the fence is on top of a neighbor's irrigation head and it stopping the head from rotating causing a substantial water build up on the side of our foundation. The water build up is also causing flooding along the edge of our lanai and water build up inside the *****. I sent am email to Fence outlets customer service representative, ********* ****** yesterday morning and have not received a response. We also have a problem with gate hinges that have not been screwed down. We wrote to Fence outlet about that problem on May 30 and yesterday. We have not received a response to either of those inquiries. It appears we are being ignored.We need the sprinkler head fixed immediately. We had this problem at a different location and took care of it our selves. We paid for an sprinkler head warranty. As such, there is no excuse for them ignoring our problem.,. If they cannot come out fix this by moving the sprinkle head to the other side of the fence, we will hire someone to do it and look to Fence Outlet to recover the costs.I tried to upload photos but your system would not do ****** are welcome to call me at ************ or my wife **** at ************ to discuss or for more information.

    The fence was done in a very crappy way, it is missing so.e hardware, and it bottom of the fence on the gate is not even, the cap covers for the poles are on crooked, and there is a big gap between our other fence and the new one. I have reached out to fence outlet but no one has responded back to me. I am very disappointed in the quality of the work. I will not use them to replace my entire fence when I am ready.
