    spent alot on the vinyl fence for r yard , they did good on side and back but when it came to the front of the house it was not straight it was so crooked, so I called and **** came out and did alittle to the fence said he would be back a few days later he came back and did a alittle , mind u this has been going on for almost a month. so they finally send someone out to fix one post and now its still not fixed its hard to close the gat cause of the hardware , I've called and left messengers and still have not got a call or Noo one has come out . I have sent pictures and videos to **** and still no response back

    Runaway fast and don't use this company! We had 6ft chain link with top and bottom rails installed around our back yard. The salesman assured us it would be nice and sturdy and installed properly. The installers came and put up the fence and said through ****** translate to let the concrete set for 3-4 days. I waited 4 days, and I went outside to check the fence. I could shake the entire side of the fence with barely any pressure. It looked like waves going all the way down 50ft & the uprights were even wobbling after I stopped. Due to the fence being unstable and uprights being crooked, I called and complained. They sent the same people to our house who were visibly irritated they were back. After trying to communicate through ****** translate (they didn't speak English), they started to work on the fence. I watched them pull the posts to a level position and then support them with the chain link to stay in that position instead of fixing the problem the right way. I called fence outlet again. They sent their fix it guy. He was very pleasant. He shook the fence himself and told me it wasn't right. He started digging around the uprights to see what was happening. He discovered the installers never put water on the concrete. It was just powder around the posts covered in sand. He came back for a couple of days and put more concrete around the posts and added more water. In my mind, everything should have been redone as we paid nearly $6,000 for this job. Too make a long story short, after his fix our fence is still unstable. I can shake a whole 50ft section of fence with little to no effort. Fence Outlet then sent who they called their main quality assurance guy. He came and said nothing was wrong. They extended our warranty which is no help because it doesn't cover storms or wind. I don't think this fence will ever survive a cat 1. I could go out in my yard right now and pull it down by hand. What a scam and disappointment.

    Fence was professionally installed in one day by ***** and *******. The fence is perfectly straight and level plus both the gates are solid. They removed the old fence and cleared the yard. Couldnt ask for a better company than Melbourne Fence Outlet.
