    On Aug 9,2023 i put in a distress call to Mermaid Engineering for assistance with an electrical problem with my sailboat motor system. Paul ********* came and took me to shore for parts for the repairs needed. As we were leaving the marina the dock master charged me $20 for Mr ********* to tie his dinghy. I find it appalling marinas in KeyWest extort money from businessmen like Mr ********* who was helping a fellow sailor in need.
    After we made the repairs I was able to safely motor my sailboat to the anchorage where I awaited more parts to be delivered to finish replacing the electrical system.
    Sailors are fortunate to have Paul ********* here in KeyWest who can be there when you are in need of assistance.

    I needed a pool solar heating system dismantled from my roof before roof repairs could be done. Mermaid engineering wad the only company I could find willing and able to do the job. They accomplished it promptly and competently at a reasonable price
