      Couldnt agree more. They have a run down building. What does that say if youre a property management company. The people are rude on a good ***, ******* especially. They deducted cleaning fees of $365 dollars and I cleaned. Charged $500 for painting. Isnt it normal wear and tear? Did they charge for painting before I moved in because they got ripped off. A/C broke in August. Took twelve days to replace. Im going to ask for invoices. Im going to ask to see what was completed. I feel like standing outside with a sign that states they are horrible. My friend had them as their agent she said horrible to deal with as owner. Please do not use this company.

      The security deposit is between the owner and the tenant.  Showcase Property Management has not vested interest in those funds.

      This is one of the worst management companies I’ve ever had to deal with. I had to call them and leave messages seven times before anybody got back to me and that was only after I went and talk to the HOA president did they contact me.
      Then, when I moved out their bookkeeper never recorded correctly the HOA fees that I paid and I’ve been waiting over two months now for my refund. Worst ever.!
