      The worst thiefs ever! Keep charging my credit card every month for a membership I do not want and never authorized. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Beware, There is no way to leave a no star review, or that would be my rating!!!!!

      Ordered 3 items a month ago, but received only two. There is no status for the missing item online and no one from the support email replied. have tried 3 times to get ******'s to reply and provide status.

      I placed an order back in November in hopes I would receive the items before Christmas. I spent over $700 dollars because I had a credit with Modells from a problem we had last year. I received one item of the three that were ordered. I have sent over 30 emails and tried to call them however, I have only received an automated reply stating they have received my email and someone would be checking into the problem. I still have not heard back and I do not have my very expensive items. This company is the worst and I will never order anything from them. I will be spreading the word regarding their very poor customer service.

      I placed an order 12/17. Only went with Modell’s because they were the only site with my daughter’s size. Noticed as I was placing the order that in order to buy from them, I had to buy a $10 “subscription.” Went to try to track the order 12/21. No tracking number, just a link to get an app to track it. Didn’t work. Sent 2 emails, and an email response to the acknowledgment of payment. Just a form response. Customer service number only gets a message that you have to use their online customer service. It’s only a link to send a email no chat, no live person on the phone. So today I called Amex customer service. Alas,the charge had been put through, but Amex will investigate. Maybe that will get Modell’s attention, but meanwhile, no Christmas present for someone. Only after I realized I had a problem did I checkout the company online. Clearly most of their brick and mortar stores have failed, and they are trying to hang on with internet sales. Apparently they don’t have the resources to do customer service In a competitive fashion.

      This website is the worst!!I placed an order in October. No where on the website did it say"21 business days" to be shipped. We are well over 21 business days and I have yet to receive my order. They will not give me a refund although my package had not been shipped yet. **************** directs you to their website if you have questions which they neither obviously have answers for. Modell's used to be great when they were an actual store not a website. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. Not worth the heartache and the hassle. Btw when and IF you do get it is not free to return or some items you can't return. Don't waste your time or money
