      We purchased several thousand dollars worth of furniture from El Dorado in ***** in late July 2021. The couch mechanism broke this past March. After many requests for warranty online, ************************* had finally reached out and told me in April 2022 that our couch would be fixed as soon as possible and we are now in month 6 since reporting it. I was originally told June, then July. Then by the end of August. I was told this week the part would be in and installed. It is Wednesday and I am still waiting for a call. I have asked for them to take the couch and we will work out a deal on a new one so we could have an operable couch. I have been denied. They are difficult to get ahold of. I do intend to contact BBB to let them know how poorly responsive and apathetic they are seeing how they tote their A+ BBB rating , as well as any other outlet I can find starting with this one.
