My wife and I have been shopping at El Dorado in West Palm Beach for a long time. We’ve purchased many items over the years and have never been disappointed. We were always treated with respect and courtesy. The salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful. In fact, during our last purchase our salesman advised us against the item we chose because we might have a problem with it in the future, and suggested another model that was actually less expensive, yet would provide more overall comfort. He was right. That’s only one of the reasons we shop there. Their prices are fair and the quality is excellent. My advise is “You get what you pay for.” If you can, avoid discount furniture stores or you may be looking to buy new furniture sooner than you expected.El Dorado Furniture Corp.

Ordered furniture back in the beginning g of February and was told everything was in except leather sectional. Second week of March furniture gets delivered a d missing $1500 coffee table. Called store and spoke to the ******************* store manager **** who said there was a delay in the coffee table and it will be ready 1st week of *****. Explain exactly that we were told by our salesman that the coffee table was in stock when we bought it. His excuse was that our salesperson **** no longer works for him. First week of ***** is here called the store at ****am and asked to speak to ****. Was told he was on a call and he would get back to me. Three hours later I called again and was told that **** is a very busy person and he will get with me when he can. Called today and spoke to the **************** and was told the coffee table now wont be ready until June sometime. I called the store back and this time was able to speak with **** who confirmed that the coffee table would be in stock sometime in June. He stated that the coffee table was not in stock when we bought it in February and the salesman was mistaken. **** offered no remorse of apology instead said if I wanted it I would have to wait. I told **** that I would meet him at his store where they had a coffee table on display that he could sell me at a discounted price ir he could come and pick up his furniture. This store in ******************* ******* goes they salespeople like I change my socks. They sell you items that they say is in stock and then make you wait months so they can get the sale. Very unprofessional and would not do business with them again.El Dorado Furniture Corp.

1 starRun away from this company and its gimmicks & poor quality merchandise. El dorado is not what it use to be. I was a loyal client for over 10 years & after this recent experience I realize that I will never purchase from them again. It started out with 3 bar stools - the sadie swivel chair at $399. The day of delivery 2 out of 3 came with markings on the sides of the seat, it looked like when someone has a box opener or knife & cuts several times over - this was brought to the attention of the delivery guys & they stated its just glue and would open a repair ticket to have them cleaned. Mind you a month went by & i followed up with the store & they found the ticket that said that but never called me to set it up. When the repair man saw the chairs he said those are actual scratches not glue & would not come off. I called the store to report this & they said we had to wait for the report of the repair man & then we can talk. Another 2 weeks go by & again no phone calls or follow up. I was finally able to speak to a clerk when I went to the store in person - since I was needing to purchase more items for the home. I told my sales rep & she said pick out the furniture & then we will follow up on the chairs. I was simply asking for them to exchange the chairs, not asking for a refund or money back. After the sales rep tried to speak to multiple managers, the store denied the exchange & said it was because I didn't return it when they were first delivered. I couldn't believe it & was appalled. So for listening to their employees & following the protocol that they said, now i'm left with 2 damaged chairs & that's it. You have lost my business & I will let everyone know of El Dorados misleading & terrible practices & poor customer service.Review fromNOEL B

My name is ************** purchased a sofa and love seat in September of 2022, they were delivered on September 22 after only one month the sofa started to make a noise when I would sit. I have no kids or pets just to be clear. I reported the problem to El Dorado in November and notified them of the problem. On top of the noise the cushion started sinking. They sent out and tech and he determined that there was definitely a problem which was reported to El Dorado and they said that the cushion was going to be replaced and that it was coming from ***** and has to be ordered, that was in November/December. The cushion was finally delivered to me on February 9th, 3 months later, now I have to wait for them to send a tech which they said could take between 5-7 days and someone will contact me. I am still waiting for someone to call me. I wish that I could return them because I am so disappointed with whole experience I regret ever making this purchase and or course when you speak to customer service all they do is apologize and nothing seems to get resolved. I have to be the one calling them to find out what is going on. NEVER, NEVER will I ever purchase anything from this company. Everyone warned me not to purchase the sofas from El Dorado because of past experiences but I fell in love with the sofas which I now regret.El Dorado Furniture Corp.

In October 2020 we bought **** Extendable Dining Table Item #: TBL151503 This past December 31, 2022 we went out for lunch and by the time we came back home we found the table exploded into a thousand pieces. Nothing dropped, nothing fell on it, temperature was 76. After speaking to the ************* office they do not take any responsibility. This is clearly a factory defect and after spending over $20k with them this is the way they take care of their clients.El Dorado Furniture Corp.

EL Dorado Furniture: ********* marketing practice. This Furniture store is one of the worse place for purchasing furniture in whole Miami. The staff use to cheating consumers regarding items availability as well as about product quality, which is very bad. If you want to save yourself problems and a headache, do not buy at El Dorado Furniture, not matter the offers.El Dorado Furniture Corp.

1 starEl Dorado Furniture tiene un customer service MUY PESIMO , compr un juego de cuarto y tuve que esperar casi 2 meses para recibirlo.Desde junio me mandaron 2 de los muebles defectuoso, que determinaron 1 hay que cambiarlo, y el otro no lo van a cambiar, sino le ordenaron una gaveta, hable una vez con una persona llamada *********************, y tambin le e mandado emails, cada vez que llamo **** me dicen que **** no est, deje un mensaje para que una supervisora me devolviera la llamada desde octubre, todava la estoy esperando, EN FIN, SIGO CON LOS MUEBLES ROTOS.Mi vendedor fue ms que excelente, pero si los muebles vienen defectuosos no es su culpa, entonces si el departamento de servicio al cliente no es tan malo, no recomiendo para nada **** mueblera.Review fromWilliam S

5 starsSalesperson,Mr. Ivan V. at El Dorado Furniture of Kendall Lakes provided me an outstanding customer service, very friendly, and great listener. He demonstrated vast knowledge on their products and gave me an honest advise based on my needs and in a very professional manner. They carry top notch Italian furniture at the best price and other lower priced options that adjust to different budgets. Most of the furniture we considered was available in stock for immediate delivery. It wasnt my first time at this location but on this occasion I was very pleased to get treated like rock star ensuring I walked away as a happy customer. During the delivery, Mr. Denny S. and his partner arrived at home on time and provided a very friendly and quick installation of my furniture which was in a second floor bedroom. Their demeanor was very professional, they took back all the empty boxes in their truck and left everything clean. For future furniture needs I would not consider to waste time shopping around. Bought a sectional leather couch with warranty, having trouble getting eldorado to honor the warranty, very disappointed, do not buy their warranty, not honored even when the language is undeniable, acutally dont buy anything there.Friend of. Mine bought a console with fireplace, the door to the console does not close, repairman came said the frame is warped, they have not honored any repair or replacement, keep giving us a ** story about ordering a new door for last 3 months when repairman said the unit is warped.El Dorado Furniture Corp.

The customer reported a damage to one of the sectional pieces on 04/18/2022. The piece is still covered under our 1 year manufacturer's defect warranty. A technician went to the customer's house and serviced the ********************. The customer signed the technician's report thereby indicating that she was satisfied with the service received. As far as the third person the customer is mentioning we do not have any information as to whom she is referring.Review fromsonia B

1 stardo not take out any credit with Eldorado. It is a nightmare and they are unfair. The first time I did I paid the balance of approximately 200+ on the last date of the offer. They charged all the waived interest back to my account. Can you imagine from $200+ to nearly $2000 balance. Now my son used my card to purchase furniture. I paid off the balance before the last day and they refuse to report the zero balance to the credit bureaus. I called them several times and they said that they will notify the credit bureaus and send me a copy of the notification. They have not done that yet. So I have written to them 3 times and still no response. I need to remove that balance in order to boost my score to get a mortgage. They lie and they do not do their jobs. Just so you know they also Post the balance as soon as you buy but they never want to remove the balances. They have not posted my last 2 payments. Disgusting company
