  Thank you very much! 10/10, A+, 100%! Lukie Games has always done the right thing every time I've done business with them. Shopping there is a hassle free and stress free experience. Whenever I shop there I know I'm getting the best products and customer service possible. All types of transactions with them have the best results. This company sets an industry standard that can't be beat. Anyone that is considering doing business with them can see that their research will show they are safe and deliver in all areas. I have only ever experienced professionalism and kindness from everyone I've had the pleasure of meeting and communicating with there. This business is an example of what a business can be and should be in my opinion. Every time I do business there I know everything is taken very seriously and I am also taken very seriously as a customer.   I've discovered Lukie Games website since 2010 and I've always been a huge fan with all of the game inventory from every game consoles from my childhood days growing up in the 90s and the ****s, decades but when it comes to a huge selections of games to choose from by visiting their website it's like walking into a candy store and customer service knows the actual items that you want and pick so that they won't have any issues with picking the wrong items you have select from your cart order so that's way I like Lukie games they have everything you need so you can enjoy playing your all time favorite video games and buying the consoles and accessories you need.

  I have never had them not deliver a quality product to me My most recent was a original X box it was in fantastic shape and it had been professionally refurbished and detail cleaned so I know it will last a long time. They honor their products and do stand behind them. With good products and customer service that is responsive and helpful I will continue shopping with them.

  I've been a Lukie Games **** customer since 2019, and I've submitted dozens of orders in the last five years. I collect video games and I also buy them for my son, so I have a lot of different criteria to consider in terms of the quality of product and service, and I've been very happy with everything I've bought. In all this time I only had a single problem with the incorrect item being shipped to me, and that issue was fixed almost immediately by staff who were very considerate and accommodating. I'm genuinely happy to do business with Lukie Games, and when shopping online for video games they are always my first stop.

  I've been ordering from Lukie Games for a while now and am always satisfied with my orders. The condition of the games I've gotten have always been very good considering they are used games. I've added alot of their inventory to my gaming collection and and will continue to do so. Their customer support always gets back to you in good time to answer any questions I've had. I also enjoy their points system they use so I can get a free game or accessory for one of my systems. Only sad part is no free shipping to ****** but that's understandable.

  My order arrived in good time. I had purchased 12 original Xbox games from Lukie games and they were all in good condition. Wrapped in bubble wrap and well protected. Now I am a Xbox game collector. So I opened the box and inspected the games and found nothing wrong with them. The disks were clean and even the manuals were in good shape. So hats off to Lukie Games for outstanding service attention to detail. With wonderful prices that out due the retro competition. With this being said I just put in another order. THANK YOU ??   My order arrived in a timely fashion. I ordered several GameBoy Advance games from Lukie Games, and they were all in excellent, working, condition except for one game. The game had a bit of gunk on the chip, so I emailed their customer support about the game with a picture. Within 12 hours, they told me they would send me another copy, and I did not have to worry about returning the gunked up copy. They were extremely polite and understanding about my order, and I would reccomend their store to anyone.

  Placed an order for a ps2 bundle, 7 games, a memory card, and two wireless controllers. The order arrived early, and the price was great. The wireless controllers didnt work so I emailed customer support. The next day they issued a return label and are processing a refund once the controllers get back to them. Blown away by the customer service, prices, speed of delivery, and great website design. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in the retro gaming market.

  Ordered a game, received an email it was being processed, days later receive another email stating there's a security hold (payment went through, and I live two states over). They said I must contact them via phone and confirm details. I repeatedly emailed them, called them to no success, and left voicemails. They canceled my order and didn't process my refund. *******% Scam
