    GRS Management should be investigated by the State of Florida ASAP. ****** ********* DIED 2023 1. **** ******** ********* VS GRS MANAGEMENT, INC. ET AL L: ***********-CA-01.Plaintiff, ****** *********, Defendant, GRS MANAGEMENT, owed a duty to Plaintiff, ****** *********, to properly maintain the subject premises in a safe condition. 17. The Defendant, GRS MANAGEMENT, breached said duty by committing one or more of the following negligent acts of commission and/or omission: a. The Defendant, GRS MANAGEMENT created a dangerous and defective condition by negligently and carelessly allowing large, weakened trees on the premises that caused Plaintiff to suffer serious and permanent injuries. b. The Defendant, GRS MANAGEMENT knew, or in the exercise of reasonable care should have known of the dangerous and defective condition on the property. c. The Defendant, GRS MANAGEMENT failed to warn the Plaintiff of the dangerous and defective condition or, in the alternative, allowed said condition to remain for a period sufficient in which a reasonable inspection would have disclosed the same.****** ********* DIED 2023 2. By failing to implement safety measures to prevent injury from the known hazardous ceiling condition;

    No stars! I've owned for 4 yrs & the pool has been open 2..literally. Everyone has plumbing trouble here, including myself. Due to their failure to fix my leaking roof, which it THEIR responsibility, I have over $40,000.00 in damages inside. You may not have ANY type of signs, advertisements or stickers, anything period on your vehicles. Worst HOA ever!!!!!! Be careful...my HOA fees went up 5 times in 4 yrs....
