    Okay, so I recently flew with them and in their own paper that they gave me they told me they where only going to charge me 1.5 per pound. But then they went and charged me 2 per lbs. So I went and sent them a message to kindly tell them to resolve it and they simply read it and ignored it. I want my money back. That I was wrongly charged and scamed.

    I always fly with them because it's the closest airline for my home town in ****. But I'm absolutely astonished that they are still in business and can have their own rules. I thought all airlines had to be regulated by the government.The last straw was a flight we had on 7/3 from ***** to *********************. The flight was supposed to leave at 4:30pm and we are informed it's been delayed and won't leave until 8:45pm!Then they have the decency to offer us a $40 meal credit.... for 2 people! I know there is regulations that they need to follow as far as how long a flight can be delayed.PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS COMPANY

    El da 25 de ******************* mi boleto areo ***** para ******* **** .mi vuelo estaba programado para las 9 y 50 am y a las 4 de las tarde nos informaron que el vuelo estaba retrasado ,sin darnos un motivo solo que estaban a la espera de una aprobacin ,luego pasaron las horas y a las 9 y 30 pm de la noche nos informaron que estaba cancelado ,nos dieron un hotel solamente ,no nos dieron comida ni transporte ,al da siguiente fuimos a las 6 am para el aeropuerto todo el da esperando hasta las 3pm de la tarde nos informaron que el vuelo se cancel definitivamente,que si queramos viajar tenamos que irnos al ******************* en un vuelo el dia ******************* reclamarle a esta compaa ,no es primera ves que pasa haban personas all de vuelos de la semana pasada que le haban cancelado y se lo haban puesto para la prxima semana ,ya desde hace tiempo esta Aerolinia chapter est cancelando vuelos sin motivos segn porque el avin est con problemas tcnicos y no tienen aviones de respuestos ,si tienen fallas esos avin pues no es seguro para los viajeros puede ser que en el futuro sea peor la situacin con esos aviones con mal funcionamiento por nadie ponerle un stop a *** Aerolinia,es Havana air el charter pero es operado por globalx .
