    I tried to contact our **************************************** for 2 month and do not reply to my email, phone calls, texts, I even went to the office in person and looks closed. all Units still paying to Universe consultant for their services. I was trying to get the current insurance information to provide to our bank and no luck at all. attached is the picture of the closed office.The company Name is Universe consultant **************** ******* ********** services

    The management is the worst I have ever work with no reply back on email or phone calls, They removed my father truck with no logo from the community and they are allowing other company trucks or vans to park at there homes, I am not sure what is going on here. Someone needs to overlook this management. Everyone is not being treated equally. I been having a Trap on my roof for months and they have sealed my airduct with the trap causing my dryer to damage. I have left messages and no one has been out to remove it. I pay my association fee on time and I have been living there over 20 years. If this matter is not taken care of I will submit a court claim.
