    Please do not believe all of the 5 star reviews on ****** look at the names and realize these arent real. This company is run by a husband and wife who lie cheat and steal their way into tricking you to pay for services that never get done. Started the job in December 2023, permitted in August 2024 and after three guys walked off the job for lack of payment, had to file a formal complaint. Elbaz took 70% of the job cost after stating he needed the money to pay his bills after only completing 30% of the job and then gave every excuse under the sun as to why his guys werent showing up but the helpers had no problem admitting they werent getting paid. Not once did he stay on the job to supervise the work being done. I now have to pay an additional $20,000 to correct all the mistakes that were made. I needed this extension done so I could have the space for a second ***** but now Im stuck with a house that keeps having rats running on my ceiling since the exterior walls still arent done and holes were left gaping open. I was sent text messages being assured I was getting my money back which of course were lies. Know your rights! If this guy has stolen from you, **** controls all the licensing in the state of *******. You can file a complaint and after an investigation is done, if found negligent they will revoke his license. Look at all the negative reviews and if you still decide to use him its at your own risk. For those who want to file a complaint that have been taken advantage, here is the *********************************
