      Got into a argument with a rep because in order to port my number she said I needed a 3rd phone. I waited ********************************************************* and had to hang up then she flagged the new junk phone I got in the mail FROM THEM as stolen. I spent 6 hours on the phone then just went to the website and cancelled my enrollment. This is a sick sad company. Dont ever let them create a ticket..because then they will forever tell you to wait until the ticket clears...4 hours, 48, 72 they keep making up times. I couldnt switch my service to a new sim and phone or anything. Please no more ********** reps I am so tired of their voices and their lies and their fake personas and heartlessness and unreasonability.

      worst customer service ever.. like other people have stated the operators are not knowledgeable. about anything... transfer to other line always resulting disconnected call....

      Worse customer service in the world Agents do not know what they are doing. Once they transfer the phone to someone you get cut off. This cycle is endless. You are going back to call again and again you get no resolution of your problem. Please stay away from this. I am like other users very dissatisfied.

      As far as Safelink goes....I am needing to mention how there needs to be better trained employees for their Tech line. I have Safelink and it's supposed to be unlimited talk, tex and data. Ever since I recieved a new sim card because Safelink is now using ******* towers my phones data will not work at all. I should have ignored the new sim card and kept the old one in. My phone was working just fine and getting unlimited calls, tex and data when the old sim card was in the phone. Tech employees and supervisors have tried SEVERAL different things and NOTHING is working. I am all ready in a stretched extremely thin income and now i'm going to have to pay for service just to be able to have unlimited calls, tex and data. One other thing don't try calling customer service because no matter how many times you call your getting transferred and disconnected EVERYTIME. They transfer you because they have no idea what to do about why the data is not working. NOBODY DOES. That's why it's still not working. So, i'm VERY unsatisfied and very disappointed in Safelink. They were better before they started using ******* towers and having to send out new sim cards. I should have just kept my original one in like I mentioned earlier. All of the employees and supervisors don't know how to switch it back to the old sim card eaither. So, why are they Supervisors if they don't know?

      I have to say that the safelink technicians are very dumb I had called 9 times and they did not know what they was doing then they transferred my call to another department and still nothing half of them don't speak English very well I would not recommended safe link to anyone stick with Q Link

      Worst cell phone company ever! They switched service providers. Long story short, they told me it was my fault the phone they sent me was not compatible with the new service provider, therefore it was on me to buy a new phone in order to keep my service... unreal. They sent me a **** card that wouldn't work then told me it's on me to buy a phone that works with their service. That's a bunch of bull c*** **************** out of ***** etc I'm guessing, barely understand them and they can't understand you, and care nothing about low income customers. I have switched companies and recommend no one ever use this company!

      7/19/22 **** Agent ID#****** informed me that allegedly the ONLY way to confirm I could receive or process the request for a NEW FREE SIM card that THEY insisted I get would be a code that they NEVER sent. They could confirm my identity for ANYTHING else BUT receiving a SIM card necessitated a code that they never sent. In order to continue my service I was informed I HAD to get a NEW SIM card, but they refused to send me the one that is allegedly FREE. I was informed that because I didnt have this confirmation code, I would HAVE to purchase a SIM card myself, even though they can confirm my ID AND they never sent any confirmation code. This service and phone are already paid for through the *********) because I receive various benefits. Why they REFUSE to to give me what THEY insist I need to continue using THEIR service is mind boggling. They WONT send me my SIM card, WONT send me this confirmation code and WONT confirm my ID that they already admitted they had!

      SafeLink is the worst . They keep shutting my phone off every couple weeks. Even after I made a complaint with fcc. They should start being fined. There should be consequences for them! Why do they keep getting away with this? They get a negative 10
