      I personally think if it's free all the complaints are validated. Long story short you can CANCEL all you want but people so anxious to get FREE That y'all didn't hesitate on giving your personal information including benefit info.... Smh I guess this is a time u get what u pay for n they can hit ***** and benefits anytime they choose

      **************** is a total misnomer in case of safelink. They could scarcely be more useless. I know the operators speak more languages than I donot calling them dumb, but I do wish at least one of the languages spoken was similar to English. But who knows what is being said. Tried to transfer and activate new phone, a very easy process with ANY OTHER SERVICE. But not these guys. Spent hours on phone for them to say theyd call back in 24 hrs. That didnt happen. Go to website and they say they sent verification texts. That didnt happen. You know how people say you get what you pay for? That is especially true with a free service. It *****, its near worthless.

      This company is a joke and a nightmare it takes advantage of disabled people they expect you to send in a phone that you paid for in the store before they'll send you a replacement phone expecting you to go without phone service while you're trying to keep in touch with doctors who are saving your life and loved ones this company needs shut down I will not send back a phone that I paid for for your company to make profit off of you were just a company that takes advantage of disabled people and y'all need sued

      I dont think I have ever experienced bad customer service like this in my life. 3 hours process of restoring my free benefits. Transferred over FIVE times & told the same thing before actually getting any clear ******************** This was such a frustrating experience! I understand this is a free or low income program! But consumers should not have to tolerate this type of customer service. Im horrified!

      ***HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?????**** This has to be the worst, incompetent, unethical, non-English-speaking bunch of alcoholic idiots operating as a legitimate cell service provider on Earth!!! For well over a month, I've been trying to get them to send my new phone after returning a defective one. I've called them 13 times in those 30 days and all I've gotten are LIES, NEW TICKET NUMBERS, and DISCONNECTED TRANSFERS to the so-called "warehouse", and fake promises of getting my phone in 3-5 business days. Between arguing with these reps that I can barely understand and listening to lies from so-called reps at "the corporate office", I'm beyond exhausted. I've decided to try another more reputable company that values its customers and doesn't lie to them.

      Amazing I have unlimited talked text and data the person who took care of me was amazing super friendly knew exactly what she was doing. Multiple of my family and friends recommend me get a phone and I can tell you I've never been happier to get a free phone thank you so much

      Worst company in the world. Dysfunctional company. They send me a phone with not network availability two days ago. They will not replace it or send a another one.

      Bad company. I've tried to get a new Sim card and was told I don't have an order number to track it so I need to buy one. I ordered the card since July 16, 2022 and haven't received it yet. I quit. I'll go with another company.

      SafeLink needs to be SHUTDOWN immediately because they are SCAMMERS yet NOBODY is listening at the *** nor the Lifeline Program so I dout that posting here is going to do much good! So SafeLink HQ is located in ******* ** even though their customer service is ran from *************** where these people don't know ANYTHING! So PLEASE contact the government officials in ******* at 305,883,8050 to have this place shutdown!

      SafeLink has turned into a despicable den of scam artists that prey on the disabled, economically challenged and the elderly. 2 times they set me up for a volte compatible cell phone and continued service ( been a customer since 2016). It was all a lie on their end. By the way, l am elderly, disabled and economically called. I am enrolled in their program and meet all requirements to this day. Beware of SafeLink wireless.
