    During my consultation I was told my issues could be resolved in 3-5 months. They charge $100 per month. After 5 months I asked when I would see a change in my credit score. They said give it a few more months. At the 7 month **** I requested that my account be cancelled. I was told that they just needed a little more time and they would give me 2 months free so that they could resolve my issues. I let them know that I did not want them to charge my card again. After the 2 months they charged me again anyway. I wrote them and told them to cancel my account and refund the fee. Instead they kicked me out of the portal and denied me access to my account with them. So I disputed the charge with my credit card. They lied and told my credit card that I never requested a cancellation. Good thing I have screenshots. These people are ********

    Canceled service before 30 days and they still took payment this is a fraudulent company don't use them they don't fix your credit at all

    If they gave an option of no stars then that's what I would give. This man comes off as knowledgeable about credit repair but does not follow through. I signed up for a month and the portal shows that letters were sent off to *********** for disputes but nothing has been sent. There are no working numbers to call and I had sent emails through the client portal and no response. I had to go searching on Instagram and that's how he responded. He wanted me to send him a voice message through Instagram only!!! Who does that?? The client portal is useless. Big-time scammer...do not use this so-called company ever.

    Worst company to work with over charges and does not deliver any type of services and just charges you. Waste of time and money do not use Credit hero is garbage No response from him to at least defend him self or his company. After I called and emailed to cancel my service and getting no responses I was still getting charged 69 dollars and 20 dollars to credit hero. No excuses for lack of professionalism and work ethic DO NOT USE

    Clever Credit Fix, its owner *****, over promise and under deliver completely. Pain $99 to get started and made me sign up with another credit monitoring company of his choice (unlike other places where it is includded) for $29. After several days of back and forth, set up an account on his website portal. He said he submitted clamis to the 3 bureaus and takes 45 days to get a response. About 3 weeks laterr my "client portal" was not working. I send him emails through different listed addresses and texted him through his listed numbers to fix my access. No response. Found him on Instagram and for weeks asked him ... No acknowledgement or response. So Never got an answer to whether he actually did anything. and My credit score did not change at all. It is not about loosing $130 but about being scammed by a common charlatan. Buyer beware. I have all documents to prove my claims. SCAM!!!
