My husband and I were issued future cruise credits from our cruise last year. I had a cruise on hold - never booked and it was cancelled since I never officially booked it. I went to look at cruises again and went to put my future cruise credit in and it said I had used them. When I contacted rccl they said because the cruise I had looked at in November had been cancelled (though I never officially booked it - it was on hold) I lost my future cruise credit. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this. I lost over 1200 for something I didn’t do. I won’t be using Royal Caribbean again and I will not recommend them to any of my family and friends.

Me and my husband booked at 4 night cruise with Royal Caribbean last week that was suppose to go to CocoCay and ******. The day that we were suppose to dock at CocoCay , they changed plans because of weather and postponed it to the next day . The next day comes , me and my husband gets ready to get off the boat and asks one of the captains which floor do we go to get off . He then tells us that we arent going again because they had to go all the way back to ***** in the middle of the night for another family so we wouldnt be going to CocoCay at all . At this point , we have been on the boat for 3 consecutive nights and nothing that we paid for , we had received yet . ****** of guest were very upset and were looking for answers but all we got us lack of communication and lack of any type of sympathy . We paid for a service that didnt meet up their end . This is my first time ever complaining about a cruise line but everything was very unfair and not worth the money we spent on the trip . Im not sure how this works with me writing a review but I will be doing what is needed to either get refunded for this terrible trip or either get a free replacement trip because this being my husbands very first cruise experience and he hated it and did not enjoy his self .

Booked a Cruise on Royal Caribbeans website. Picked 2 rooms, 1 with 2 guests and 1 with 3 guests. Picked room numbers for both cabins and filling out guest information for all 5 guests then paid amount in full. After payment we receive a confirmation email with only 2 guests per room. After an hour and a half on hold RCCL tells us we need to pay more for a room that fits 3. After a bit of feeling duped we decided to cancel reservation as we would not want to be on RCCL ship if they are that shady with the website. Bait and switch.

I am deeply saddened to inform you that, upon returning from the cruise, I noticed that the bracelet and ring were missing. We personally handled our bags, and the only place they could have been lost is in the room. While we were having breakfast, we returned to find the cleaner leaving the room. I strongly believe that he may have been the last person to have come across the ring and bracelet. I kindly request you to contact him and ask for their return. The estimated value of the bracelet and ring is approximately $350. Thank you

We were promised a rebate after our booked cruise on the Wonder of the Seas departing Florida on April 9 and returning on the 16th of 2023. We are 9 months post cruise and we still don't have the rebate, despite multiple calls where I have spent a total of 2-3 hours trying to resolve. I have been promised a check each call and have not gotten it yet. It is for this reason we will not use this cruise line again.

I'm deeply concerned about potential mistreatment of the staff within this company. While I understand that most of the staff are foreign workers not governed by US labor laws, my conversations with several servers revealed unfair working conditions and payment discrepancies. I was especially troubled to learn that despite a minimum salary stated in their contracts, these employees do not receive any tips, whereas Royal Caribbean charged me approximately $500 for gratuities that don't seem to be reaching the staff. I urge authorities to investigate this possible case of fraud and employee mistreatment

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The representatives CAN NOT resolve any issues and do not want to. I am not looking forward to my cruise based on interactions and non resolution of issues BEFORE my cruise. I can only imagine how they handle guest once they have your money. I should have remained a Carnival ( or countless other cruise lines I have taken) guest. ****** learned!!! I wish I could cancel but of course everything is good until they have your money and you can't cancel!!! NEVER. WASTE. YOUR. TIME. OR. MONEY. HERE. of course if you are reading this- it's probably too late!!

First of all I highly recommend no one travels on a cruise!! My *********** returned home on Dec 16th, sailed enchantment of the seas & woke up sick, tested for covid since we had all the symptoms & tested POSITIVE. I did speak to people who told me they were sick, even a small child. I stayed away from them but still didn't help. There were problems I documented & complained to customer service throughout the week but too many to mention now, most annoying was I called for bandaids I had cut my foot & was bleeding pretty bad , didn't want to soil the carpets. They told me they would send someone up. I had to call back 5 hours later to remind them I hadn't received the bandaids. I finally got them. Another frustrating issue I noticed was once your cruise is over & your leaving the next morning at 8 am, I could see a remarkable attitude change with both the excursion *************** service desk. I stood right in front of the girl at the excursion desk, she totally ignored me!! I guess because she wasn't selling excursions that day she couldn't be bothered. I finally was able to ask her if she knew of any busctrips or things to do since our Air ****** flight wasn't leaving until 4:10 (delayed to 7:15) she told me to go to customer service desk. She wasn't any help either & was quite rude. If anything Royal ********* should look after there customers & provide help to seniors who ask for assistance. I complained about the stains on my pillow ************** that also seeped into the back of my pajama top. They are sending me coupons in the mail but I will throw them out. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRAVEL WITH ROYAL ********* OR ANY CRUISE LINE!!! What they say on the internet is true "the ships are loaded with COVID".Dec 9-Dec 16/23 Enchantment of the Seas *********************************************** (SICK IN BED!!!!)

Very poor unprofessional customer service. My elder handicap mother called to inquire on check in Reservation Number ******* and the gentleman was very rude and unprofessional with zero help to her and then was rudely hung up on! My mother was extremely upset and wanted to cancel her first cruise with RC. I would hope this is not acceptable behavior for ur company and hire People who lack customer service skills
