My family and booked a cruise since August 8, 2023 for 1
destination if labadee. Saturday 3/16/24 CNN broke the news that Royal
Caribbean will cancel their port of call for labadee due to lack of
security in Haiti. So I called in Saturday and Sunday, both days I was
told not to worry and we will go to planned destination. Monday 3/18/24
at 5 pm received an email that port of call has been changed to tuck and
Caicos. I called and tub looks like no-one in the company is aware of
the cancelation situation. I don’t want To go to Turks and Caicos. The
plane for labadee. Her response was not at all . All that. So I am
disappointed that Royal Caribbean doesn’t arise to their members
satisfaction unlike Carnival. My family all have been to Turk and Caicos
many times desire. We don’t want to go there, upon calling, I was told
that I would loose 100% of payment, even though I find out about the
port cancellations from RCCL. No fault on my part. About to loose many
thousands of dollars or go to Turk and Caicos where there is nothing to
do. RCCL is not leaving up to th we it names

Went on Royal C Enchantment of the Seas late Dec/23. Bought the picture package of 50 photos in advance.... we were never approached to take a pic so they obviously didn't care that we had a pre-purchased package to try to satisfy as they already had our money. Photographers were not through out the ship taking snapshots as Carnival Cruise line and ****** did so ended up with 18 photos in file format for $263.79. How do you create a family album of 18 shots, essentially 5 shots in multiples. I approached the photo desk the first night and was not told I had to search these people out and beg to have them take pictures. This cruise line is all about the money. Their complaint process is a joke and they do not follow up as they say they will. How much time do people have in a day for their bs . They could care less about the families trying to make memories. I could go on and on about why I think this way but all I know is never again will I cruise with R.C. Carnival, Norwegian, any other here we come!!

DOES NOT ACCOMIDATE ADA ************* after following the protocol provided from them. Staff was rude and not helpful. We also was sold a different ship then we cruised on (the pictures online does not match the physical ship). During the stay our balcony door was not shutting the solution was they came and sealed it with painters tape! Not one person returned to attempt to fix the door. Never again will I sail with RC!

Worst experience ever. We were supposed to go on a family cruise as part of my aunts bucket list, she was likely going to need full time care so my mother and I both took time off work to go with her. I as a nurse have the ability to care for many of her possible needs. About 10 days before the cruise was to depart my aunt wound up in the hospital, we spoke to Royal Caribbean, told them we would be happy to accept future credit in leu of a refund however, we would be unable to make it on our scheduled sailing. This company offered my aunt, who is terminal and will likely not get another chance to go on a cruise, 50% future credit. To myself and my mother they offered nothing, not even the option to give our tickets to someone else that could use them. Terrible service from an inhumane company.

Getting off the cruise ship a few weeks ago I took a bad fall. The gang way had a soapy solution that made it very slippery. There was a slight breeze and i believe they had been spraying/cleaning the balconies. They escorted me to the medical facility and was treated for a cut on my back and my elbow. It took me a couple of weeks before the pain in my neck and back went away. Called Royal Caribbean thinking they might be willing to give me some credit for a future cruise. I was told there was no record of the accident report that was filled out and NO RECORD of me even visiting the medical facility. I was seen by the nurse and then the doctor. So I was told they will not do anything. DO NOT TRUST ROYAL CARIBBEAN!!

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with any company. **************** is non existent.I inquired about a refund for a deposit I made and was told I needed to purchase a protection plan in order to be able to file a claim for a refund. Ridiculous! In other words I needed to pay $718 to get a $500 refund.

My wife and I spent thousands of dollars to go on the first vacation we've had since we got married a decade ago. We booked a cruise on which we would spend two days in Cozumel. Well, a week and a half before sailing, we can an email saying that our first day shore excursion has been moved to the second day (now overlapping with our second day excursion by two hours). No reason given. Thinking this must be some kind of clerical error, I call them. Nope. We now only get one day in Cozumel and the rest of the time at sea. And only one shore excursion. While they refunded the excursion we had to cancel, the only compensation for literally halving the time we get to spend in Cozumel is a $50 on-board credit. I will never be sailing with Royal Caribbean again. That is a truly pathetic excuse for customer service. Oh, and to make matters worse? I STILL don't know why they made the change in the first place.

Booking this trip i was very excited, but royal Caribbean ruined my first cruise experience!!! I booked my cruise and had some issues with payment, i called to make another payment and was told by the representative that everything was good, i continued to receive email updates, the day of my cruise received text reminders, arrived at the doc and received my luggage tags everything!! Got to the desk and handed my documents and they cant find my reservation so Im confused because Ive never received a cancellation.. they tell me theres nothing they can do. Why didnt i receive a cancellation!!!!????? Then they didnt give me a full refund for their mistake? The whole time i was supposed to be on the cruise the app was still giving me notifications as if i were cruising!!!! They ******* out of me money!! I need someone to contact me asap!

Excellent experience until I looked at my points.I booked 2 cruises back to back on the Wonder of the Seas August 2023. Absolutely amazing.5 of us my wife and 3 kids 2 cabins. Issue is I only received points FOR MY STAY!!!! Points are not combined with whom pays for the cruise. In other words, each of my children have a separate crown and anchor number. It's a rip off!!! So I received 1.4 points per night, as did my wife and each child. So for my 17k I got say 15 points when I could have received almost 70 placing me in a higher standard.....I will spend my money with a cruise line that shows more respect for me as a customer!!!! Princess here we come!!!!
