      I am so disgusted with the service I have received from their customer service/casino services. Manager ****, told me I had to spend another $800 in order for them to honor a $100 off stateroom coupon that they mailed to me last week with the excuse being that the sailing is at high capacity so they cant honor the discount unless I pay more!?!This was after the first rep told me that they couldnt honor it due to it being outside of the sailing date range. I confirmed my cruise was in fact in the date range listed on the coupon. Then she said this was an online promotion. I replied, even though it specifically says to call your casino Royale representative and mention your unique offer code??? Then she said the cruise is already at high capacity therefore they cant honor it. I finally asked to speak with the manager, she specified that they will be able to honor it but only if they change my already booked cruise to the current price, which is $800 more. There is no where on the coupon that states theres a limited capacity to apply a $100 off your state room. Just an expiration date which I called prior to. She refused to apply the credit any other way and when telling her we just wont travel with Royal again if this is how they are running things, she simply said ok thats fine, is there anything else? There was ZERO empathy or honor. I am livid with how they handled me and will NEVER book with them again. There are plenty of other cruise lines that will prioritize their customers and honor their promotions they send out. I left them raving reviews after my first experience onboard and with just one 45 minute phone call and 2 unaccommodating employees, I have made this my second and last cruise with Royal. The only reason I didnt cancel my current cruise is because I wont be able to get my money back at this point, but after this never again. I DO NOT and NEVER will recommend Royal Caribbean for your cruise.

      Worst Cruise Experience Ever - Never Again with Royal Caribbean!I just got off Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas, and it was by far the worst cruise I've ever been on. I wouldn't have even booked another Royal Caribbean cruise after a previous bad experience, but our friends convinced us it would be amazing. It wasn't. If I could give negative stars, I would.The problems started right from the beginning. Our room was disgustingnot because of our cleaning guy, who did his best, but because the sofa futon my son had to sleep on was filthy, there was mold in the bathroom, and a constant sewage smell made it unbearable. To make matters worse, the room phone didn't work, and the ** only worked intermittently.The food options were appalling. Youre basically stuck with pizza (limited to 4 slices), hot dogs, pre-made sandwiches, or the buffet. The main dining room served the same food as the buffet, so there was no point in dressing up or wasting time there. The lines were insane, and if you didnt purchase a drink package, good luck finding water or juice. Elevators were overcrowded and often malfunctioned.Entertainment was a joke. During sea days, there were fewer activities, and good luck trying to reserve a spot for the evening shows. Your options during the day were mostly sales pitches. Activities like the FlowRider were restricted unless you paid extra, and the pools were so packed that you couldnt even get in. **************** was awfulthey told us the pools would be open until 10 PM, but by the time we skipped dinner to go, only one regular and one adult pool were open, and they were packed. Dont even bother calling for help; after waiting an hour at customer service to fix our phone, none of the lines answered.I've been on great cruises before, but this was the last straw. I was ready to get off the ship before the cruise even began. I will never take the chance with Royal Caribbean again.& this is not even all the complaints. Character min.

      We have been cruising with Royal Caribbean for 6 years. We are on the ******* of the seas now and I can tell you that this is the worst cruise experience that we ever had. Spending more time at guest service because of card issues. They were trying to run my card for almost $1000 and said it was authorized. Well I dont keep $1000 on that account and they had every right to ask me first before denying my daughter her drink when we already paid for the beverage package months in advance. They also lie to your face and give you false information. They dont even deserve 1 star. I give Royal Caribbean a zero and F. I will be finding another cruise line.

      They are doing fraud with the charges and hope you don't notice. They hold *****, then "hold" every purchase everyday of the cruise. Then on your final day the recharge you the full amount again of what they were already holding. So what was supposed to be $336 out of my account is now almost $800 of my money gone. I spoke with 1 person twice on the ship who assured me i wouldnt be double charged, and called customer service once I returned home. Behold doubled charged plus *****. The entire cruise was horrible it was issue after issue including all of my reservations not being honored. May as well be on Carnival. They're half the price and everyone recommend them to me.

      Took my 200$ reservation fee, did not refund even though i called to cancel 8months prior! Kept my money as a penalty which at 1st was 100$ then next person i spoke w said $200. This cancellation is 8 months in advance! Don't cruise w Royal Caribbean. They cheat you out of money you were told when booking would be refundable. 3 people 3 different things! Total crap!

      The worst customer service. My husband and I were trying to plan a trip for us and our children and we feel VERY taken advantage of. The information given was not transparent. I am fighting to get out deposit back.

      Horrible customer service. Had a major issue on the cruise and they REFUSED to compensate for it. S**** the customer is their motto. They got their money cause the cruise ended, so they dont care. If anybody from Royal Caribbean cared, they would reach out to rectify. I do NOT recommend.

      I cruised with Royal 7/1/24 although it was a great experience Im not able to understand why after they charged me they decided to go back and put an authorization hold on my account. Now Im fighting to get my money back. I completely understand a hold being placed of it were done prior to the cruise ending but after the fact is beyond crazy. Now Im out almost $500 because of this.

      My name is *********************** I am on Liberty of the seas My daughter was in an altercation with a 14 years old who was drunk .she left was on another floor when that 14 Years old her mother ,brother and male cousin jumped her ripped her wig no help from security until after where were your security from the first altercation much less the second Security supervisor ******** gave me the extension 7777 to call if anything further I woke up in the morning on 7/10/24 I called he was very rude and contrasending asking me how I hot that number didn't knew it was a secret I told him you gave it to me and he shout at me and tell me not to call that number and hanged up the phone on me .This 14 years old send threat in the group chat that when they are sober they going to finished it. I spoke with security assistant he said DR want nothing to do with reported assault and they will see what NJ said .I spoke to another guest and she said last year when her brother got into an altercation with a white female he was detained on board because she was felt threatened.

      Pepper spray was released on our 2024 cruise. All 6 of us on the cruise got sick as we moved through the vicinity of the spray, but my son most violently. We complained at guest services and they said they would give us a 20% future cruise credit for our next cruise. They sent us a $200 future cruise credit and said it was only applicable to my son and not the entire family. **************** was misleading and we were lied to regarding this just so we would go away.
