    About three weeks ago I set up an appointment for an MRI Enteropathy of ***************** Sunset Radiology scheduled me for Tuesday, June 25, 2024. Today, three weeks later, I get a call from the business telling that my appointment was cancelled because they do not do this type of ****It is unconscionable that Sunset Radiology would wait so long to let me now of their shortcoming. Doing this places me at a disadvantage since I now have to look all over town for a new provider thus delaying me in seeing my gastroenterologist and getting the needs I require based on the results of the ****

    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to extend my sincere apologies for not performing the *** Enterography as scheduled . I understand that this test is crucial for assessing your condition and ensuring you receive the appropriate care.

    Unfortunately, due to an oversight on my part  the test was not carried out as planned. I take full responsibility for this lapse and deeply regret any inconvenience or distress this may have caused you.

    Your health and well-being are our top priorities, and I want to assure you that such an oversight will not occur again. If you have any concerns or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at ************** Manager

    They overcharged me for an MRI and refuse to credit me or send a check . They agreed that I was overcharged. I am owed $125.31. I call every day and they just have the phone off the hook. Or I speak to a woman named ***** and she keeps telling me she will talk to her supervisor. Then she said I have to come in and get the check, which I am not willing to drive to do. Do t

    Attached is a copy of the ****************** benefits from her insurance that shows she has a deductible of $7,894.93 Remaining. She was charged the price for her MRI Abdomen which was given by her insurance.  ****************** claim was processed and a balance of $224.69 was applied to that deductible. The credit of $125.31 was given to ****************** in a check. ****************** is more then welcome to come and pick up this check from 7 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday and Saturday from 7am to 12 pm .
