  Amazing place, I recommend 100 % because very professional technicians, very clean place, machines news, reports in same day, free transportation, big parking lot, speak English & Spanish

  This is the typical factory style place that they will give you an appointment, have you waiting for hours after your appointment time and good luck to get your results when you need them. They have the worst customer service and the most unprofessional people in the medical industry. It is a place with a really weird process in place. I am going to file a claim with the state to check the licenses of all the people working there because quite a few things didnt make sense to me.

  Very bad experience!!!!!!!! Alert anyone!!!! They gave me an appointment over the phone and I emailed them my insurance card, ID, and doctor's ****** After waiting a week for the appointment and arriving at the place on time, they told me that they do not accept my insurance, they could only do the *** if I paid $300 dollars. My question is: Why didn't they review my insurance for that entire week and inform me of the options? Why did they waste my time and the visit while I was disabled if it is a medical need where time matters? At the reception they did not give an explanation or an apology, the treatment was very inhuman.

  I went in for my MRI appointment on 10/13 at 6:30 p.m. I was told the wait would be 2-3 hours hence I would be starting my MRI at 9:00 at night, which is literally unheard of. I already had the same issue once before when I went in for an X-ray. I told the girl in the front I would not wait and wanted to leave. I asked how I would get the $150.00 copayment I paid, and she stated to call and Monday, and they would refund it back to my debit card. I called Monday only to find out that I have to request a physical check, ok the accounting department would request and call me to come physically to the office to pick it up. I called today 10/18 and the refund request was never even completed now find out it will take ***** business days. There is no manager or supervisor in the office either to speak to until 10/24. I literally thought I was being punked. The audacity of this place is unheard of. Don't be fooled by the wait message when you call- we have big-screen TVs, valet parking, and even marble floors. Like I just can't with this terrible place. I'm sure the only good reviews were paid for.

  They are crooks! I paid them in cash because they dont take insurance for cosmetic procedures. And I just received a bill for an additional $200. All they did was a chest X-ray. Why am I being billed twice for the same test??

  Find somewhere else to get your test front desk girls are rude and condescending and are useless had to fast for my test arrived at 8:50 am and was seen at 2:00 pm

  Unfortunately there was a wait for your test on 03/07/2023 this is true. Your test requires you to be fasting for YOUR safety. The issued that you had was that YOU canceled your own appointment via text message. Once you called our office late in the afternoon, yelling at our staff we corrected your error and reissued your appointment.
