    To Whom It May Concern,My name is ******* *******, and I am filing this complaint regarding a transaction with ******* **** of Second Start Business Coach, located at **************************************** (email: ******************************************************************************* phone: ************).I paid for services related to business setup and IRS filings. I have written confirmation stating that I would be refunded, yet I have not received the refund to date. Instead of following through, Ms. **** has now blocked me from further communication. She also informed mewithout my prior knowledge or consentthat she canceled my paperwork with the **** which is both unprofessional and potentially damaging to my business.This situation is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.     Hi, 

    I am Mr.******** *** of Second Start Consulting. ******* entered in an agreement with Second Start to register a nonprofit organization, as protocol for our company our administrative team were added to her portal to assist her, from the very first day ******* begin to speak poorly about our company and stated she wasnt aware that so many people were working with her, ******* explained to her how the process works and how we work together as a team. After the completion of her business plan ******* noticed a few errors and reported the errors to the team , immediately the errors were corrected. ******* requested a refund although the errors were resolved she insisted on receiving a refund. In the beginning ******* advised ******* about the contract she signed off on and due to refund policy she doesnt qualify for one. However ******* still insist on receiving a refund . The charge was a total of $475 $200 for Second Start Services $275 for the nonprofit tax exempt status. ******* agreed to refund ******* back $200 however that would have meant our services were done for free so I advised ******* not to give a refund and not break our refund policy. .******* messaged ******* on ******** with anger and stated how unprofessional our company were. ******* blocked ******* from her personal ******** page but have not blocked her from emails or the client portal . ******* stills has access to ******* but just not on social media . The final conversation between ******* and ******* was about the refund and if not given ******* will call the bank to request a charge back and she also mentioned that she will notify the bbb , ******* stated she will await on the bbb complaint and will respond expeditiously. At this time Second Start will not break our refund policy. We look forward to other solutions to resolve this matter on hand.,

    I paid for a service to be completed And to date this has not been done. It was cut a filling with Sunbiz which second start did not complete. ******* **** has neglected to respond to any of my inquiries via phone, text or email. I have repeatedly requested information on my filing and receive nothing. They also promised to complete 5 grants and my website which also is not completed. I only want completed the items which I paid for. Each day puts our business further behind and this is unfair. I paid for this service over 4 months ago.

    sunbiz filing as it todays date has been completed for about two weeks now, Also the website service is a free service that i offered it was not a paid service,furthermore my representative who was over the website has been released from the company. The only thing that needs to be done is 5 ***** submissions.

    Date of transaction: September 2023 Amount paid: $575 What the business committed to provide: pkg E. all exclusive 2, 501 c application, by-laws (received), not for profit registration, register for charitable solicitation,(fundraising), conflict of interest policy (received)Nature of the dispute: been a year and I'm still getting the run-around and no proof of filing even though it was stated that it (501c) has been filed.Has the business tried to resolve: NOOOOOO if the issue involves advertising: not on my behalf

    I specifically advised client of the denial and advise her to just login and complete the $275 fee to the irs . The application was already filled out. There wasnt a need to pay someone else.  I have proof showing the message thread on the conversation.

    Resolution Sought: Refund of $799.00, I ***** Head, hired *********************** off ******** to teach me how to write grants and to complete monthly submissions grants for heads up for a full year starting end of December 2022. During our verbal call Dec 14, ******* was to complete a ******************* by 20th per verbal conversation, on Dec 29, 2022 because I asked for the proof of starting process and ******* provided NOTHING and had allegedly for wife or someone I did NOT hire to insult my intelligence and could not provide the starting point of what I hired her for, I realized I had been scammed, I hired her blind folded before I trusted from conversations that I want what I pay for, she she blocked my number because I texted 12/29/22 for info I was told by **************** would receive in specific time frame but did not, not to mention, we never met in person and live 13hrs plus apart, so I should be allow to care about my $799 that I took out my family mouth by faith and has been scammed by a what ******* view herself as Political Public Figure! I dont if it was ******* pretending to be her wife or whomever, what the alleged person said didnt matter if it wasnt her pretending solely because, the ONLY person in business agreement with me was *********************** on behalf of Second Start Consulting! I want my $799 returned as soon as possible!

    Great day, *************** hired me as a grant ******* After complied final payment she became very pushy and disrespectful, she threatened me verbally via email saying if I dont send her money back Ill see trouble in a sense. After signing up she will call my personal cell phone after business hours and back to back if I didnt answer. I will immediately text her and tell her Im on the phone with another client. She became obsessed which was very frustrating and put me in a state of mind where I lost track on what I was doing. I told her I have 100 clients she did not respect their time. She then kept ******* me to put in a grant *********** when I already advised her I will get at least one *********** in since its at the end of the month and I dont want to rush. ***** writing is very time consuming and definitely cant be rushed. She decided to file the complete because she wanted a refund and I ask her whos going to pay me for the business plan I sent over? She insist on me not being compensated for my time and work. However Im a public figure I ran for office and I do things the way there suppose to be done. She wanted to rush the process but her organization is lacking certain things that *** cause her to not get selected for a ****** This is my reply and I want to know whos going to pay me for my research, time and business plan
