  This company would be a good company if they actually did what you paid for. It takes forever to get a response from the owner. Like it takes months of begging for a response about the product you paid for in advance. Everything is very frustrating.

  I agree with ************!!!!! This company is never able to be contacted. They have people working out of the country for minimal payment and the owner is trying to take all of the credit. They do not return Phone calls or give complete information when you log into their Moxo. Very unprofessional . They also sent me a ***** that I had basically written myself and given it to them and the proposal had so many misspellings and I had to send it back for review when I did send it back for review they sent me someone elses information. And when they reviewed it and brought it back, all they did was copy and paste the information. It was not even my business. It was an entire separate business from someone else. So they gave me all of the information from another client. This company needs to be out of business they charge you but dont do everything that they charge you for. You can tell that the owner is just a small @home business because they dont have access or the professionalism to get things done in timely and orderly fashions. They are most likely sending the work out to other people which is why we found some other responses coming from phone numbers in other countries. You will have some thing that takes less than a week to be done and it takes his company several months to even contact you. The only way you will reach them is if you continuously contact them. You would have to continuously contact them continuously contact them continuously contact them.

  I paid for a couple of services and for 12 months of grant writing. They submitted one grant finally after I kept calling. My company name is misspelled on the proposal. I asked for it to be corrected I never got ann updated proposal or more grants. Never got the service that I paid for. When I Started reaching out to the owner in regards to my documents and grants, she stopped answering my calls. I have also found out I’m not the only company that is going through this issue with this company. This is a ****! be careful using this company

  Hello, my company is definitely not a **** she's a woman trying to bring down another female  business owner. My credentials speaks for itself . I have proof that more than 1 submissions has been submitted on her behalf . She has paid my company to set up her HR department and we have started the process by setting her up with the phone systems , the company called her and she didn't follow up, my team and I researched the crm and she cancelled the service and requested a refund . My cfo was concerned about who's going to pay for our time ? The client begin to send  text messages belittling the owner by calling the owner broke etc. The owner is looking to file charges for defamation of character. Proof can be provided

  Also the owner ************************************ is a community activist who very well served her community, she's also running for office as A State Representative. This client not only texted the owner trying to belittle her but she also threatened to go out the owner name on social media which is cyber bullying and defamation of character. We have also advised the client to have her business attorney to reach out to us to help rectify the matter , the client stated she's not paying her attorney to assist, she rather write bad reviews etc., to call someone a scam is not ok especially if it's not true . BBB we look forward to your assistance in this matter.
