The technician (***********************), from Secure Lifts, due to arrive between 9am and 11am, arrived at 8:40am, twenty minutes early (how often does THAT happen!). He quickly explained the problem and demonstrated what was causing it. I authorized him to replace the garage door springs, which he did quickly and efficiently. He also applied a lubricant to the tracks and told me that the wheels would probably need replacing in a year or so. In addition, he told me that the office would call me in a year to arrange for servicing the garage door and performing maintenance.All in all, I was very impressed by **** and the work he performed. I would certainly recommend others to use this company.
