    Broke my door instead of fixing it. Brought wrong glass the door is now crooked after installation glass is shacking in it bc its the wrong size and wasnt seal correctly and doesnt function and wind makes it move cold goes thru and doesnt lock at all making my house unsafe. Owner sent locksmith out to c if Im lying his guys did horrible job I WAS RIGHT he said he will get me a new glass this one is wrong that was 2 months ago now he keeps lying about coming to fix it and doesnt. Stole $1,300 from me and vanished.

    We were hired to change the glass because the glass broke due to someone or something hit the door and broke the glass we were their only for that purpose the door already had issue from before due to damage of it being forced therefore breaking the glass. We adjusted the door to have it working as best we could ***** the great review this customer left us on ********************** if she was not happy why would she leave us a positive review. This customer has been harassing us and sending very nasty text we do not know after her positive review why she turned on us like this. The door was working fine when we were done we even tried it in front of her before our techs left. I even sent a locksmith even though I did not have to as we only were hired to replace the glass just out of courtesy so he can check her lock but at this pointe I believe nothing will make her happy we believe she wants to get someone and try to tarnish the reputation of a local company out of spite and we will not be bullied by anyone when we know we did all we could. We will always go beyond for any customer but there is only so much reasoning we can do with certain people.
