Glassperts is professional and reliable. **** us informed on status. Came when promised. Did a great job on replacement glass in patio door. Cleaned up everything. I would absolutely use them again.

The window was cracked when we bought our house, but because it was a “specialty” window, we were never prepared to face the cost of repairing it. Then 11 years later, the crack spread across the entire window. With the peak of hurricane season approaching, even though we have shutters, we knew we had to address the problem. Everyone we called wanted us to get hurricane windows, but we are confident in our shutters and we did not have thousands of dollars to spend. Enter Eddy! He was amazing!! Called to confirm my appointment, called to tell me he was on his way, and very polite and professional as he assured me he could fix the window. I also LOVE that he has an American flag on his uniform, and even his work boots which are made in America. On installation day Eddy came back with Juan. Again, called to confirm the appointment and called to say they were on the way. They worked like a well-oiled machine! They removed the old window without even breaking the glass! They cleaned the parts that would be reused, and they cleaned the window after it was installed. All done in 45 minutes! I am SO HAPPY with the service I received from Glassperts! I always try to support family businesses over big chains. And, I’m happy to say, the cost was at the very low end of what I thought I’d have to pay. I certainly don’t want to have more windows break, but when I need window service again, I will absolutely call Glassperts and I will highly recommend them to everyone.The Glassperts Sliding Glass Door & Window Repair

I had 2 insulated double pane windows with broken seals/fogged panes. I was very pleased to learn Glassperts provided replacement windows everyone else wanted to replace the entire window. I had a insulated glass tempered double pane glass replaced. for my sliding glass door. Great job and frequent communication every step of the way. I found their pricing to be competitive and reasonable. Installers did a wonderful job and communication was super. 1 star"Disappointed with my experience with The Glassperts. Scheduling was a breeze, but the pricing was high for the substandard work. When I expressed my concerns and threatened a negative review, the owner quickly called me to resolve the issue. We agreed on a $400 charge instead of $800, and I graciously offered $600. From the first encounter to the last! Candy answered my call
on a Friday night and stayed in contact with me. She even sent me
updates on the weekends! Very professional and friendly. Junior came to
give me an estimate and he was able to arrive earlier than my window
time. Of course Candy contacted me to see if I was available and I was.
My glass had to be ordered because it was a special one and it arrived
in the time frame Candy said it would. Junior and Lui installed my glass
and again, very professional. My panels had been damaged from a
different company and the gentlemen were able to make it work. It was a
pain for them and they were so professional and made it all work well! I
