    I ordered two speed loaders from Eagle Ranger, after seeing their add on ********* They have glowing reviews on their website. However, when the product arrived, I discovered that rounds ********** and do not load. Their phone # says they do not accept calls. I sent an e-mail but got no response. Lastly, the address listed on their site specifies that it is NOT a return address, so I have no way of returning the product. I seek a return of the product, and would also like my complaint reflected, as they appear to be dodging attempts at remediation (mine and others).

    On December 17th, 2023 I ordered Mag Speed Loader x2 with free mystery gift from Eagle Ranger. The social media ad, as well as the website promised shipping prior to Christmas. Alas, it did. It arrive before Christmas.On December 19th and email was received that they were having shipping delays. The email also stated While we anticipate a delivery window of 3-4 business days from today, we appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. So I was still expecting it to at least come before the new year.In December 27th I received another email that stated Your order is shipping this week! Dear *******,We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your order. The final month of the year poses unique challenges for us and our shipping partners, given the surge in holiday orders. Your patience during this time is genuinely appreciated. To provide you with a measure of compensation for the inconvenience caused, we're offering you an exclusive discount code for 30% OFF on your next purchase. Your support means the world to us, and we are determined to make your next experience with us a seamless one. We definitely hope you stay part of the *** Holster family ?? Your order status would be updated on the next 2 days.On Jan 6 I asked for an update and they said they had a supply issue and it would be shipped soon. I reached out again on Jan 24th to which they said Hello, we will restock later this week and resume shipping then.It is now February 8th, and I still have no update on the product on when I will receive it.

    I order from this company December 20th . They told me I would have by the 23rd . I have emailed them several times and they keep telling me different dates . The last time they responded they said by January 22nd it would be shipped . As of today it's still not shipped
