    The Bravo 6 smart watch is a piece of crap! Got a return label from them and sent it back for a refund and have not heard anything since and it's been over a month. Tried calling, phones never work and sent 4 emails asking about status of refund and no response.

    This is a horrible company to purchase from. I ordered this product as a christmas gift. It showed tracking information stated on Dec 19 but the product never showed up and the shipping info never moved. I reached out the company in Jan 2024 and they gave some big sob story about material issues which I said I understood and they would ship my product out the next week as they miraculously were getting there missing materials in after I contacted them. Come Feb, I still had not received the product, so I contacted them again and they said they did not know why I hadn't received it and would resend it immediately. Well, one month later, still no product so I demanded a refund which they did ******** we'll see if that shows up? Other people might have better luck with them, but we certainly did not so just to warn others.

    Do not do business with this company. They are not ethical and have no sense of customer concern or service. They shipped my order to a wrong address and then would not stand behind the error, even when the recipient reached out to them to return the package.

    Their "MAG SPEED LOADER" is a scam product that does not work as advertised for my Beretta mags. I have emailed their customer support several times on several different channels and have recieved nothing in return from them. I am assuming they are attempting to "wait out" their return policy of 15days. Thankfully I only bought one of their products and not more. Hopefully my review will deter other future victims of their scam.
