    I signed a contract doing business with a Company named HIWA to install impact windows in my home on February 2022 and gave a 10% down payment of about 6K dollars. The owner ****** gave me an installation date of June. He never called me to confirm the date. We called and were told we were 15 in line and that the window manufacturer gave them a broken window which also causes a delay. Months passed and we called again in September they said we were 20 in line and he had to hire new installers. We called back in October and they couldnt give us an installation date. We called the windows manufacture Mr. ********** and they stated the windows have been ready to pick up since March. They never had any issues with a broken window and our order. So that was a lie. We called the owner back he promised he would install them before thanksgiving that didnt happen. He then said before Christmas. Now he is saying his company isnt doing well, he has poor health, and no installers and needs to hire again and still cant provide a date of installation. Its been lie after lie and he always has a sob story. We are being scammed and this is a fraudulent company. We cant get back our deposit and we still have no windows and no date of installation. Please help us. We have made several attempts since February to be amicable and understanding but they just lie to us and dont provide a resolution.

    This company is full of lies. They gave us an estimate and took our deposit on March 2021 as of today we have no windows. They first said ************* gave them broken windows. I personally called ************** and the windows were never even picked up and they were never broken. They are still sitting there. I spoke with ****** he gave me his word that our windows would be up by Thanksgiving. Now they are saying some time after thanksgiving but they cant give us a date. Horrible experience so far. They never return your calls. They lie and tell you you are number 15 on the list the next time you call all of a sudden you are number 20. They prioritize the Big Jobs and say they are short staffed. They hold on to your deposit and they are backed up so they take your money and make you wait a year. So unprofessional. They are holding to 6k dollars and cant provide an installation date and its been 8 months now.
