    06.04.24 Parked at **************, ***********. When returning to my vehicle I stopped and paid for parking at kiosk, and got a receipt.When I got to the gate I put in the ticket (which it would not return), the screen said I owed $2.50. It was the exact amount I just paid for at the kiosk. I pressed the button for assistance. Approximately 10 minutes later a person came on and asked what the problem. I explained the situation. She said I hadn't paid. I explained that I had a receipt, its then I asked to speak to her supervisor. Approximately 10 minutes later an attendant came to the gate, it was not a supervisor. He said I need to pay again. I told him I had a receipt. He told me to "just pay it it wasn't that much anyway" it at this time I started to get mad. He then told me to put in a card in again so it could recognize me. I followed his directive. But when I put my card in it began to charge it. At this point I began to get agitated. The attendant ask to see both of the receipts, when I gave him the receipts, he put both of them in his pocket and walked away. I followed him to his office and nocked on the door. When they open the door I was given a phone with their supervisor on it. He said there was nothing wrong on their end and it had charge me correctly. I asked him to make this right. He told me again that he said I'd had been charged correctly. In which I totally disagreed. I left in frustration, which I'm sure they were counting on, if they just kept giving me the runaround I'd leave..

    Monthly parking subscription with imparking stated on September 1 with a cost of $370 per month. The subscription was cancelled in **************** deducted my monthly fee out of my account after it was cancelled. I have been trying for 6-8 week to get my money refunded. Company stated they mailed check which I didnt receive then company stated they would directly deposit funds to my account, I have been waiting for 3 weeks now. Company deducted another ***** from my account 12/30/23. Company now owes me $390. Can you help me resolve this matter

    On June 22nd the ***** valet at my building damaged my car. I submitted pictures and asked them to look into. They have never responded. Every time I approached them the answers varied from, we don't have camera access, to we have no one at ***** to contact and finally, we contacted ***** but have not heard back. It's been two months of daily asking for a contact or for someone to get in touch with me but nothing has changed. This company has no easy contact info online either.

    On June 12, 2023 we took our daughter to ************* for an appointment. We had our 2023 cadillac escalade valet parked. Upon leaving after the appointment and parking in our driveway we noticed the front license plate and bumper were dented. We immediately called the valet service and spoke to ***** who had my husband fill out an incident report. We provided before and after pictures. The next day we got an email saying they were not responsible for thr damages. We know for a fact that one of the 4 people who handled the vehicle damaged it because I just spent money to have it ceramic coated just 10 days before that and it was not damaged before reaching the hospital. I would appreciate if Reef Technology would investigate this matter more in depth and provide me with proof that this was not done by their staff..also, no where in writing does it imply that after leaving the parking area are they not responsible for damages not noticed by the custmer. This is very unprofessional. My vehicle cost me over 100 thousand dollars!!! We've worked hard for what we have for it to be ruined by possible inexperienced non professional valet attendants. We have called the company from the number left on the internet and have replied to the Email without any more correspondences at this point. This is not a professional way to conduct a business at a renowned medical facility or any where for the matter.Thank You.Y. Bolt

    My car was stolen from a lot managed by this company. I had paid $84.50 in parking while my car was NOT THERE because it was STOLEN. I called the company to ask for a refund and potentially access to the security cameras of the lot, and was answered with a foreign call center, a lot of "so sorry to hear that", and no refund. They requested I submit my police report, but who in their right mind wants to send documents containing personal information to a foreign call center... My car was parked safely, I left nothing in the car, and I had a relative checking on my car to ensure it was safe. It was heartbreaking to get a call that my car was gone all of a sudden while I was in another state, and infuriating that the company I PAID to keep my car safe did nothing of the sort.

    Transaction occurred 6/06 - Online Portal was not working. Though I had submitted my parking online. I then received a ticket. I emailed support the same day, I was told they would void the ticket - i was asked the same questions over and over. I included the information multiple times. I now cannot get a response.

    They force ** to use app in parking garage with no cell signal. After trying to pay for 15 minutes it seem to go through but apparently did not .Now they send ** this fine for their poorly working inconvenient system.Citation number MPA31961 The business btw used to have a good parking system where you take the system and just pay by card when you leave. BRING THAT BACK

    This app is a total rip off, you pay on the app but when its time to check out of the parking garage the app shuts down or has technical issues and the end result is paying twice for parking. When you call customer service no one is able to help, your told to contact app support. Its an on going issue why is this app even legal

    On 02/01 I parked at a garage close to work managed by Reef. When leaving for the day, I paid for parking and waited my turn to get out of the garage. While waiting on traffic, which they actually pay a Deputy to conduct, I couldn't pull straight out. While waiting to pull out, the gate arm came down on the back of my tailgate and damaged the paint. There are cameras, I have my timestamped ticket and there were 2 employees, the gate attendant and the Deputy that should have seen it. When I was able to pull out to look at the damage, i didn't see it immediately and got back in my vehicle and continued home until i could look again, determining that my vehicle was in fact damaged. I was in contact with the ***** number immediately and he informed me that we were on a recorded line so me reporting it then would be sufficient until I could speak with the local office the next morning. Now after running in circles with them, and them finally filing a claim 5 days later, their **************** is now "respectfully denying my claim" but without any reason and so far no response as to why after emailing back.

    Tuesday, January 17th I went to visit my aunt in the hospital at *************** in ******, ** and I used the valet services. My mother and I returned to my vehicle at about 8:00pm and and it took the valet approximately 20 minutes to retrieve my vehicle, a black Mercedez Benz GLK 350. The valet driver stated that someone else had my key and that is why it took so long to retrieve my vehicle. I got in my vehicle and I drove about five minutes away and looked up and saw that my windshield had been shattered. I immediately turned around to report the shattered windshield and the employee took my information and I also got the manager's phone number. I filed a report and it took two days for anyone to contact me about the shattered windshield. The claims department denied my case and replied back in email that they are not responsible. I have requested for the cameras to be pulled to find out what happened while the car was in their position and no one has responded to me. I need a resolution and need my windshield to be replaced. If the car was in my possession when this happened but it was not. It was in theirs and they need to be held accountable. **********
