    On July 11, 2022, we checked out of your Hotel, ********************************************* -*****************. It is with great regret that what was meant to be a restful stay, turned out to be an unfortunate and embarrassing moment for my family. As a Hilton honors member, I booked this hotel for my husband and daughter to enjoy while I worked here in ***********. To our surprise, when we requested our vehicle from your current ************** REEF, my husband's Prada sunglasses were not in the car. My husband is extremely careful with his sunglasses, he deliberately placed them in the middle console for safety and storage. Once we received the vehicle and he was ready to drive, the sunglasses were nowhere to be found. On top of it all, it was even more embarrassing to explain this situation in front of other guests waiting for their vehicles. It was sad to depart your hotel without a resolution, feeling robbed and made a fool of. I would like a resolution to the matter, I have yet to receive a response from Reef Parking and Hilton only offered me points for a stay. Additionally, I will ask that you review the footage of our arrival, departure, and vehicle retrievals. I can only assume but it's a well throughout assumption, someone removed the sunglasses from our vehicle. If you would like to talk about the incident, you can call my cell phone ************.
