      I honestly cannot think of anything that would make the renewal process better. As they say, there is always room for improvement and perhaps in the future I will see that.

      I can confidently say that this is the worst service I have ever encounteredit's not even deserving of the title "service." You start by going to the website to file a claim, only to be directed to call in to submit your complaint. When you call, an automated recording keeps telling you to handle it online. Once you finally reach an agent, they hang up on you. When you try to complain, the agent informs you that managers are only available from 9 AM to 3 PM EST. However, when you call during those hours, you are told that they are not in. The website claims to offer 24/7 ************************* the end, instead of receiving a replacement, you are told to bring the item in for repairs, and they will repair it for you. There is no replacement or shipment involved. You end up paying $129, taking it in for repairs, and then going back to pick it up once it has been fixed.

      I had major roof damage from a storm this spring. It took a bit for an adjuster to get out here (they got pretty busy!) but once here he was knowledgable and VERY thorough. Repaired the roof and several other areas on the our home in a timely and efficient manner! Great to deal with!

      Easy to navigate and get quote. My old insurance company charged me slightly less, but I had a discount for having that policy for years. The difference isn't that high, and the old insurance had developed pretty bad customer **********************.
