Typical insurance, will find any possible in the fine print to make sure they do not have to cover you. Then, after multiple attempts to call leaving 10x voicemails without any call back, finally get somebody on the phone to deliver the same "no coverage" answer. Waste of time and money, it's a ****.

This was very convenient, easy and smooth. I received my phone in less than three days. I was happy with my new phone. I would suggest you purchase this extra insurance to help free up the stress of not have a cell phone that works.Assurant, Inc.
