I been experiencing problems receiving a replacement phone for the past four month and receiving my $60.00 from when I filled a claim with assurant there not corporative to the issue that's causing me to stress there not trying to resolve the issue they don't like to give the customer the benefit of the doubt there refusing to refund my money and not making sure me as a consumer relieve my phone not properly assisting customers or satisfying the customer they don't care. You will never get your phone or payment through them liars this is a company that doesn't care about there customer or concerns

I had your insurance for many years. I then was a homeowner for some years. Now I decided to rent in The Villages, Florida. I had no problems with your insurance when I was younger and rent, so I came back. Just like seeing an old friend.Assurant, Inc.

My policy was about to lapse because I mistakenly thought I was setup for auto payment. I was given 15 days to pay the premium which I did immediately. I appreciated the warning and extension and the quick resolution.Assurant, Inc.
