The process to file a claim was super easy. I like that the new device came with instructions on how to activate the new phone as well as to mail back the old phone.

Everything went smoothly. Just wished since the 6a has been out for awhile and I was eligible for an upgrade, they would of set me up with a newer phone model instead.Assurant, Inc.
