Package received at the warehouse on 10-27-2023. Over 10 months have passed, and the status of the shipment on their website has not been effectively updated.     Empr*** que ha incumplido con el servicio que se contrat y pago; para el traslado de enceres personas en tres (3) cajas el da 12/14/2022 desde ******** *********, y ser entregados en ****; segn rastreo de la pagina web de *** empr***, las cajas reposan en una bodega en la *************** desde el 05/18/2023; sin que se me informe por ningn medio el porqu de la no entrega, violando mis derechos e incumpliendo la normativa que los regula y apropindose de mis bienes. He realizado innumerables llamadas telefnicas sin que se me informe de manera concreta porque no me hace la entrega por un servicio que he pagado por adelantado, y ltimamente ya no me contestan mis llamadas, dejndome en completa indefensin causndome un gran perjuicio por el valor econmico que representa todo lo all contenido, aunado al gran valor afectivo

    I have more than 4 months (since November 17, 2022) waiting for a shipment that I made from the city of Valencia, ********* (work instruments and personal moving items) and they still do not provide me with information on when I will receive the box. They offer an estimate of 45 to 50 days to make the shipment from the place of origin to the destination which is *****, **. When reviewing the info of the company they register their company in a *** address, so there is no physical place to go to request information. The telephone attention is almost null and also rude. The payment was USD 385 for the service.
