    I'm very disappointed with TERRAPOST LLC, or in Spanish, ENVIOS TERRAPOST, since I sent two boxes from Venezuela to Miami two years ago, and they still haven't arrived in the USA. Nobody answers messages or phone calls, and they are not on social media anymore. In other words, they have disappeared with our money, and our boxes got lost. Is there a way to solve this matter? Is there a way to find the owner of this business and have him face this situation? The owner or manager as he called himself is JUAN C. ******* ****** Thanks

    Por favor tomen en cuenta estas palabras, esta empresa se ha dedicado a estafar a mucha gente en ******** y *******, vzla. Enve con ellos mas de 70 cajas y les pague un dineral en efectivo ( porque no genial ****) y despus de 8 meses me acabo de enterar que ni permisos tienen. No pueden sacar container por falta de pago de impuestos y permisos. Hago una denuncia formal y lo har ante todas las redes sociales para que el ************** ******* ****** de la **** ante la justicia y se haga cargo de pagar y devolver toda mi mercanca.
