    I completed online work for the company to be compensated upon completion. I completed the tasks and requested my payout and was unable to receive my funds, i reached out to customer service twice in the last two months and haven't received one single response. They have refused to pay me and ignored me.

    The SurveyPop app provides an option to play games for rewards through the PlayTimeWeb site. I completed one of these offers and was not given the money as shown in the screenshots. I contacted the PlayTimeWeb support team and havent gotten a single reply, I contacted the SurveyPop support team and described the situation and was repeatedly told to contact another support team that wasnt responding. This all occurred between October 18th through October 26th.

    This platform is one where you complete research surveys in exchange for gift cards. In the past, my cash-outs were always successful. On August 2nd, 2023, I attempted to cash-out my $5 balance on the website to a **** Gift Card, which asked me to "verify my paypal address". I was skeptical since I hadn't needed to before, but I tried, and it failed repeatedly. Later that day, I submitted a support request stating this, and was asked for more details. After giving them a recording of the failure, I was told to "allow more time". I then asked how long it would take, and was told that their engineers were working on a fix. I then asked again for just a rough estimation, and was told that they were waiting for PayPal approval for the integration, and to try on the app instead. After some small technical difficulties, I managed to get on the mobile app and request a payout on August 10th. After I requested the payout, I received an email saying to wait 1-2 business days for payout to process. 5 days later, I hadn't received the payout, so I sent another email to support, and never got a response. An additional 2 days later, I sent another email, with no response. Now, nearly a month later, I am still not getting a response, and the payout request was deleted from my profile history, and no refund or response was ever given.

    I have been doing surveys on Survey spin and reached the $5 minimum cashout. I opted to cashout via PayPal and was informed it would be 1-2 business days. This was on Thursday 08/10/2023. On Monday, I still hadn't received my cashout so I emailed them regarding it. Was immediately sent a generic response saying they received my complaint and would respond within 24 hours. The following day, no response and still no cashout so I sent another email. Next day same thing. So it is now Saturday 08/19/2023, 10 days and 3 emails later and still no response and no cashout.
