      I wanted to like this bed and had high hopes for it. I have significant nerve issues at night and cannot sleep on this mattress. I sent customer service an email asking if I can exchange early for a softer mattress, but was told I needed to wait 30 days. Due to the poor customer service, I ordered a Saatva mattress, which is what I have been ordering for all of my homes. Winkbeds was less expensive, but customer service at Saatva will keep me loyal for life - they worked with me with my nerve issues many years ago to find the right mattress quickly, so I will be sending an email to return this mattress on August 6th - 30 days after receiving the mattress. Winkbeds can learn a thing or two from Saatva customer service - if they worked with me, they could have had many orders for beds in my homes.

      I had issues with my initial delivery of my mattress but I contacted the company and they did not even hesitate to make it right. I don't think I have ever worked with such a good company before.

      I have only had the Wink mattress for 2 weeks, but it is a huge improvement over my previous memory foam mattress. No back pain and since both me and my girlfriend are side sleepers we opted for the softer one and that seems to be the right choice. The reason I am not giving the mattress 5 stars is that the quilted top of the mattress had at least 12 loose sewing strings that were just dangling. I cut them off with a scissor, but it was not a great presentation and quality and the manufacturing facility in ***** should have caught that BEFORE it shipped. Also, the fabric on the two corners on one side was droopy and not standing firm like the other side. I did follow the instructions on pulling "up" multiple times during the mattress unraveling phase. Again a small issue that should have been caught by quality. Since the mattress sheets cover the floppy corners it is not a big deal. -**** in *******, **

      Delivery was prompt, with one delay that extended delivery by a few days. However, tracking was continuously updated. This was around a holiday so I imagine it may have had something to do with that. The bed itself delivers, it is super comfortable and I am very pleased.

      ******** arrived with a little damage. The box was damaged as well. The edges of the mattress are flattened, they haven't fluffed up like the rest of the mattress.

      We first slept on a wink bed at a friend's house and had to have it as our own mattress. 3 years later and it's the best choice we ever made and we say it all the time how much we love our bed. We got the softest one and usually I like hard mattress but my partner prefers soft and I still find it very comfortable and supportive enough for me. We bought a vacation home and just bought two more!

      Not comfortable. Sleeping in guest rm which is a drag on our neck and back issues. Contacted customer service for refund. Told we must wait 30 days. Mattress ends and corners have still not expanded. Damaged during compression process? We request a full refund.

      We received a defective ***************** WinkBed and wish to return it for a replacement as soon as possible.We have contacted customer service by phone, by email, and have filled out an online form.
