  We order 2 XL twins one luxury firm and 1 softer for a spilt king adjustable foundation. As other reviewers have said 2 of the corners of the mattresses have not lifted leaving them squished down. The edge support on the softer is not good. The soft mattress pillow top bunches ** in the middle when raising the head. I'm not convinced these should be used on adjustable bases. My husband seems to like the luxury firm so far but we've only had them a week. We will Probably be returning the softer for the luxury firm or the plus maybe returning both. Will update on that process after the 30 day return policy.

  My wife has been suffering with terrible back and hip pain over the past few years. We had a memory foam mattress and she would wake up every morning with pain in her back, hips and legs. After a lot of research (and thinking the bed might be part of the problem), we chose to give the ******* a try. 5 stars are not enough for this bed! First night, out of the box, she woke up the next morning with no stiffness and no pain. We love this bed so much, we are going to purchase a new mattress for every bed in our house.

  I actually love the mattress! I purchased two twin XL Luxury Firm for our split king adjustable bed. The mattresses are very comfortable and offer great support. I have spinal stenosis and scoliosis that causes significant pain, and so far I've found the mattress to be great! Though the website states that they work well on an adjustable bed, our former (thinner) mattress was more flexible. I do love to raise the head of my bed; this is not a deal killer.I'm disappointed in the craftsmanship. The seams that edge the mattresses aren't straight at all. Additionally, there is one spot in the mattress seam that isn't sewn together at all. It's only a couple of inches long, so I'll stitch it by hand. Consequently, the promised "edge" on the mattress isn't as defined as it should be. As pricey as the mattresses are, I'd expect better craftsmanship. I won't return the mattresses simply due to the hassle factor. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase. But I do think the price should be less or the craftsmanship better.

  ******************* better for **** hope it holds up. Im a little concerned that it will get soft over time but right now its comfortable. The corners on all four sides of the mattress was floppy and I was concerned about that and called customer service, that is why I give it for stars. She said it is a normal complaint and will pop up. I hope thats true and Im sending my luxury firm back to exchange it for the softer. My hope is that the soft continues to be comfortable over the years because this mattress is not cheap. I appreciate the customer service, and I hope they stand behind their word.

  I usually dont write reviews - but I love this mattress. The luxury firm is just right for me as a side sleeper. It is a joy crawling into bed each night!

  Our old mattress was so sunken in and unsupportive that our new Luxury Firm ******* feels like a miracle. My husband has bad sciatica flare-**** and I have neck and lower back pain that comes and goes, so we bought this mattress hoping that it would do all that the ads and awards say that it will: ease back pain. So far, it seems great. That being said, we have only slept in it for two nights, so time will tell, and I would say that there are a lot of comments from people who had bad experiences or theirs has sagged over only a year or two, so take that into consideration, as anyone should when buying a product online that obviously would be better tried out in person. As for delivery, ours was packaged pretty well and unfolded relatively easily with both of us shifting it around (watch out - once you cut the plastic, it unfolds like one of those drawbridges in the old 80s movies!), but it's pretty heavy, so get help if you are likely to have back problems from lifting a heavy box and mattress. Overall, it's way better than our old mattress, and it looks great and is both soft and supportive, so we love it so far. I hope it does last a while, because it certainly isn't cheap!
