    On April 7, 2023 I had a telephonic appointment with a RN from DoctorsRx for screening to obtain a prescription for the weight loss medication semiglutide. I passed the screening and was required to pay $1185.00, which I did with a credit card. The next step in the process was uploading recent results of my labs done at my PCP office to the DoctorsRx patient portal. Next, a telephonic appointment with a MD the following day, 4/8/3023. I met with the doctor on the phone and was told a nurse would call to follow up and let me know if I needed any lab work. The nurse did not call therefore I accessed the patient portal to ask when the nurse would call me. I received a quick reply telling me I was all set. I replied asking them to confirm I did not need blood work. Someone replied stating, yes I did need one lab study (A1c) and the lab order would be entered and I could access via the portal. They asked which lab I preferred, I answered and since then there has been no further responses to my questions. I have sent a few portal messages, sent a text message to the number of the nurse who called me, tried calling the DoctorRx number on the website and the phone of the doctor who called me. No answer and and voicemail box not set up or full. I believe I have been scammed.

    RESOLVED

    The matter has been resolved. The company did finally respond to me concerns and I did receive the medication. I have no further complaints with this company and would like any investigation closed.
