    Worst customer service by the nurses. They didn't send me enough syringes. They did not respond to messages promptly which was awful when dealing with side effects. The price here is exorbitant especially after researching others. They also lied when I was first talking to them about whether there was an oral form or not. They told me no. I did the injections... Then when I researched realized there are two different oral forms. Horrible experience... Basically was on my own.

    I purchased a weight loss program on 6/26, after seen the horrible and bad reviews and comments on the internet I decided to contact customer service for a refund. They contact me and provide me a policy that does not apply to since it mentioned that it have to wait 30+ days for them to receive the product and inspected. No product is as shipped or delivered to me since the refund request was sent it on the same day. Their policy does not provide no type of information on how long should take for someone that does not received the product to be refund whatsoever. My purchase was made via affirm, not refund can be request until the company releases the money first. For a customer that does not receive the product it should not take more then 7days to receive a refund. I try to connect with someone and I have not received no response. They told me to send a message to the portal but they does not respond either. I try to send an email and it says that the email does not exist. Please make sure that you avoid this company at all costs.

    On 1/23/24 I received an email from DoctorsRX telling me "Your MMU Certification Orders are expired or about to expire.Great news!We can do a phone renewal in the next ***** hours to reinstate it for you."Well that doesn't seem right so I logged onto the state registry to find I have **** hours until renewal. I replied to their email saying. "My card expires in **** hours, not ***** as your email falsely suggests.**** you for trying to take advantage of people. Time for a new mmj doctor." **** went back to the registry to gather information for a new doctor only to find that DoctorsRX had me removed.Wait, what? I called the state and was told that this is a HIPAA violation. I am the one to report a change in doctors. I called a new doctor to be told yet again that this is a HIPAA violation.How many others has this email been sent to?

    According to our records, this patient's certification is set to expire in February. As part of our standard protocol, we initiate reminders 30 days prior to expiration to ensure patients have sufficient time to schedule a telemedicine renewal appointment, thereby avoiding any potential disruptions in their medication regimen. Please note that the email notification indicates that a phone renewal can be scheduled within the next ***** hours, referring to the timing of the appointment, not the expiration date.

    However, due to unacceptable behavior, including harassment and a vulgar message directed towards our staff, we have deactivated this patient from our care. DoctorsRx prioritizes a respectful and professional environment and will not tolerate any form of harassment towards our dedicated staff. Although the patient is no longer receiving care from us, they are still eligible to pick up their medication until the expiration date.

    At first I thought wow this is a great company but then after the first initial appointment it was a total fiasco. I have used them for 3 years now and I pay for the full year, but everytime I go to get my renewal at the 7 month **** they try and get me to pay them more money that I already paid!!! They will try and continually scam for more money and then when you prove that you already paid after several phone calls screen shots and proof they just give a (awe you caught us apologie) the system didn't update its not our fault we are ssoooo sorry this happened and this keeps happening!! They don't care they just want as much if your money as they can steal from you. Also anytime you have a set appointment time they never get to you on time and its a giant group of people you don't want to be around in a 3rd rate motel lobby where you might get stabbed. Also their address isn't even their address. How can you run a business like this? SAVE yourself the hassle and go to a REAL Dr.

    This business is using a false address online, on ******* but also on their own website, they list this address: Bridgewater Building , *****************************************************************************. I went to the address, they are NOT listed on the directory, so I went to the front desk on ** 3, where the woman there confirmed that this business is using the address falsely, they are NOT at this address. She said that she has complained numerous times, even had a lawyer call the business, but they continue to use the address, in spite of this and in spite of them being housed there being an outright lie.
