  I was afraid the movers wouldn't be careful with my breakable glasses, but they were. Every single glass was still whole. You can count on these guys to help you move big, heavy things.

  It made me feel better to know that the moving company followed all of COVID-19's safety rules. After following all the rules, the business made sure that its employees and customers were safe.

  The moving company amazed me with how quickly and efficiently they did my move. They helped ease the stress of the situation most of the time. I had a lot less trouble getting used to things because of them.

  What was already the hardest and most unpleasant part of moving got even worse with the movers. From the beginning, the moving crew was very careful and thoughtful. What I thought would happen was that they would keep my things safe.

  ******* and his group were very knowledgeable. When they got there, they loaded my rental truck fast and well. During the long drive, they were extra careful with my valuable things. My furniture was well-wrapped for the trip, and I got there without any damage.

  Best moving experience you could possibly imagine. Blown away by how efficient the guys were, and they kept everything safe. Would highly recommend.

  Awesome experience. ******* was super responsive and ******* and his moving partner were friendly and conscientious. They had my one bedroom apartment moved in a few hours.

  Very misleading to consider themselves a moving company and
  they should not be allowed to advertise that they are the best
  cross-country movers. What learned after the fact, is that they are just
  a broker service and have nothing to do with the actual moving services
  after the initial deposit is made. I absolutely do not recommend using
  Moving APT, Moving Services (whoever they are) nor Family Movers LLC
  from East Rutherford.
  They advertise that they prioritize customer service by bringing
  together the best of technology, teamwork, and white glove moving
  services. "With Moving APT, hiring a reliable moving company is simple,
  safe, and stress-free. We use real customer reviews and industry insider
  information to make sure you’re booking with the best of the best."
  This was one of the worst experiences of my life. All around
  communication was horrible, the companies they used for my moving were
  not the best, the whole experience was extremely stressful, and I was
  charged for boxes and packing that wasn't used. The cost I was quoted
  and agreed to changed significantly after the movers arrived.
  * There wan't one point of contact assigned which made communicating
  difficult. I would get calls from various people on various phone lines,
  so it was very confusing to know who I needed to contact with my
  concerns/questions/issues. It took multiple calls/texts on my end before
  someone called me back.
  * Two separate companies were used -- a moving services company and the
  actual moving company which was not clear or communicated. Communication
  between these two companies were lacking. And only one of the three
  movers spoke English, which made comunicating even more difficult and
  frustrating.
  * Moving APT does not get involved in the actual moving aspects. All
  issues I had (and continue to have) have to be dealt with the other two
  companies.
  * I received conflicting information between all three companies.
  * I was charged for boxes and packing that they did not use.

  Moving APT was the customer's booking agent. We are very sorry to hear that the customer was not happy with their services, however unfortunately, we do not understand the reason for this review. Moving APT was in contact with the customer from the time of booking all the way through until delivery was confirmed, and even after. At no point were we ever advised of any communication issue from the customer. Furthermore, although claims are normally filed through the customer's ********************** company whom their contract was with, Moving APT has offered to compensate the customer ourselves for the boxes that the customer advised were not used, as a courtesy from our part. Our offer to assist the customer with this, as well as with anything else they may need, remains open for them, should they wish to accept. They may reach our *************************** at ************ or at ****************************************** and we are still more than happy to assist.
