  Our driver, **** and his assistant, ****** were excellent in every way. They arrived on time - after calling 30 minutes in advance -, they reviewed the items to load and went right to work. They were polite, courteous and very hard working and careful with all of our items. They were very respectful and treated us like family. They delivered the items the next day as we discussed and very carefully unloaded our furniture and all boxes . My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and professionalism of both **** and ******. We will check all items to insure they arrived in good condition and advise if anything is not as expected.Thanks to ***************** for a job well done and will be happy to refer you to anyone that is looking for a reliable moving company .   Moving APT its subcontract carrier, and their collective employees were horrible. The moving company they used arrived late on the initial pick-up day arriving at 4:30 PM rather than 11 AM. The truck they brought was so small they had to bring in a 2nd vehicle, and then still had to offload some of my goods to make a 3rd trip packing in order to carry all my goods. The employees they brought on day 2 to pack and load were not trained, they were spread out through the house throwing items into boxes without packing material, The only careful packing was with the dishes. They broke my 65" 4k television, they destroyed my wife's stand up jewelry box, they didn't deliver several items that were in the garage. They didn't label boxes carefully, so the delivery team had no idea where items needed to reassemble the bed were and had to use pieces of wood to support the bed. They took 4 days to finishing packing vs the 2 days they originally quoted. I absolutely do NOT recommend Moving APT or Mover *** Lines for your relocation needs.

  Moving APT is very sorry to hear that the customer was not satisfied with their ********************** company's services. Although claims must normally be filed through the customer's ********************** company, Moving APT reached out to the customer and offered to have the customer's claim processed ourselves as a courtesy in order for us to be able to ensure that the customer was compensated for any issue they feel they experienced. We have processed the customer's request and have reached out to them to confirm their compensation, however unfortunately the customer has been unresponsive. Our offer to assist the customer with this and anything else they need remains open for them, should they get back to us.

  We had a positive experience with Moving APT, which sorted out the logistics of hiring a trucking crew but kept in touch with us throughout the process. Everything was handled on our expected and preferred timeline - we were aware that the 3rd party movers would have a grace ****** of three days to show up to get our items and also that they had a longer window to deliver - and we were advised accordingly all through the process. Moving APT was the broker but appeared to maintain a vested interest in our satisfaction with the process.

  The driver and crew were very efficient and hard working. Their time to load us and deliver was incredible. ***** was the driver and was a great leader. ****** and ******* were just great in their handling of our household goods. They were a delight to work with.

  This company was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Excellent communication from the time I booked my move (April for June move) and throughout the entire process. My movers, Keith and Page were SOOO professional. They were very respectful, not only to me, but to my belongings, property, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate one second to hire them again. Not only were their services top notch, so was their pricing. I am beyond satisfied with this company. RELIABLE MOVING SERVICES IS GREAT!!!
