    Worst dealer ever. Terrible customer service! As per the service people at this horrible dealer they been doing my oil change perfectly fine. It turns out I been doing my oil change based on the sticker with miles they put on my windshield, I always do synthetic which is **** miles. *** car always turn the light for oil change around **** miles before is due again, but again trusting the people at the dealer I always did it based on the paper. Now my turbo has issues do to the late oil changes since they miscalculated all the oil changes and they have not even done it correctly and perhaps they have not even been putting enough oil on it and they want to charge me to check the car plus whatever it needs and cost to be fixed. I took my car to a mechanic and he confirmed the oil changes were the issue, the dealer sent me to an ***************** and they confirmed as well that it was the oil changes which they were not doing correctly and not putting enough oil for the turbo to burn. Still this dealer does not want to take responsibility for their actions and theyre making me pay for checking it and whatever it takes to get it fixed. Beyond disgusted I am this dealer and their employees which they are extremely rude and their lack of professionalism is to the next level. I am supposed to receive an answer of what my car needs this upcoming Tuesday and what the cost is to fix it.

    Our Service Director ************************* spoke with the customer and she states that she sent the ******************** claim before speaking to us and that she is fine now. The vehicle is at the dealership and it was found that the issue is for an oil line that goes to the turbo not the turbo itself. The customer is paying for the repairs due to the vehicle not having any warranty and offered if there was a way to take down the review.     I am rejecting this response because:

    I went last Tuesday to sign the paper to request my refund check. I was told I would have it by this past Tuesday (1week) Needless to say I have received no check and Tuesday ******************* who states let me check on it & Ill call you back in 20 minutes Hours later & several messages I was told told by him that it was your accounting department. Then he was off yesterday & again no response today after 2 calls to him at the dealership & 1 to his mobile. No answer is not an answer & in poor form.  I left him a message that I will be there tomorrow afternoon for my check. I will not complete my BBB complaint until it is received.

    the wrong seat frame. On & on. Im justified in requesting my mandatory charge of $1250.00 refunded and am tired of dealing with the incompetence of this dealership.

    Terrible service of Bomnin ***** of Dadeland in *****, **. We're out of state looking to purchase a car we found on their website. Our salesman was great in helping pick up slack from other depts at the dealership. He completed a video walkthru with us of the vehicle top to bottom& had service inspect the vehicle. We got the bill of sale for the vehicle with full itemized list of charges added by the dealership-within 2 days we had wired the funds in full for the car to the dealership& thought the deal was complete. Then is where the major issues began- ******************************* in finance sat on the paperwork for days without completing it. Then ****** proceeded to not release the car by saying they didnt charge enough for taxes on the car when their accounting department had already given us the correct tax charge for the county we live in. He added an additional $1,516 in taxes that he required us to pay& would not refund our paid in full wire already sent for the original purchase. He stated we could go thru our DMV where they would send the taxes&request the overpayment refund at a later date but this was the process he was requiring to release the car. After agreeing to these immoral terms he threw us another curve ball saying he was going to require a notary to come to our house to witness us signing the final paperwork (even tho we live in a state&the dealership are not in states that require notarys.) He didnt give us any details of this process (including the fact that they were going to make US pay $299 for this non legally mandated service) nor send us the paperwork ahead of time to review. All of these delays from ****** made us reschedule our cars transport service 3 times& rack up several extra charges. Once the car finally arrived to us the 3rd row seat zipper was broken& flap covering that seats motor were broken off both of which were not broken in our video walkthru. It has been over a month& the dealership still hasnt sent in our taxes®istration.

    We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Our team was able to adjust the system as they found a glitch that was causing the speakers to go off pre-mutually after midnight. We also adjusted a speaker that was facing the apartments. Additionally our Service Operations Director ********************* reached out to Mr. ****** to keep him posted.
