    Today I went to bomnin chevrolet to purchase a vehicle. Upon entering the dealership, there was a couple behind me. Once I enter the salesman, walked past me and went to the couple behind me. I noticed, but I didnt make a big deal about it. Upon sitting and walking around their showroom, no one attended to me for the first 15 minutes. So I took a seat and I waited. I was there over 30 minutes. No one said anything to me. I pick my phone up and begin recording. People came in after me as I was sitting waiting for someone to approach. No one said anything. I recorded 15 minutes of recording where no one said anything. I watched the man approach another guy as he walked through the door and he went back and took a seat. Look me in my eyes and said nothing. I walked around their facility. No one said anything. I even walked in and out their door, as if I was completely lost. No one said anything. I recorded all of this only to say I cant believe what I witness. I left the facility. No one even noticed I was there. I wish that I could show this video here, but I cant. I only wanted to purchase a truck which I couldnt do because no one would help me.

    On April 12 I arrived to the dealer after leaving a $1,000 hold on a vehicle I wanted & was told that if I leave a hold on it that it will be granted to be mine. After arriving on the 12 I was informed by the sales person that unfortunately they didnt have the vehicle I wanted. He then proceeded to show me a model of which I wanted but different color I then agreed to it I arrived at 1 pm and didnt leave till 10 pm. After signing my contracting, valued my trade in & leaving a 4k deposit I wasnt given any paper work of my contract nor any contact information of the bank I will be working with my loan, I also wasnt given the registration for the car. I then returned the 13th again to look for my registration because no one knew how to help me over the phone. I drove an hour away back to the dealer just to find my registration just laying around on a table with other ***************** person. Then it gets worse, I then get a call on Thursday May 1st that I need to go in to the dealer **** because they needed to discuss something urgently with me. I then drove up again that weekend only to be told that I need to make another deposit as part of my down payment of $2,400 because my last contract wasnt approved & told me I was required to sign a new contract again not giving me any information I informed them I cant make that payment at the moment 1 it was random 2 my mother passed & I needed to handle her funeral arrangements my mind wasnt right at that moment. The financial person then said okay just make it before your first payment. I left puzzled and concern because how did this happen it just didnt make sense how can they let someone drive off the lot with theyre vehicle if they werent sure the person is eligible to own the car ?! I then called the ******* financial & they find no record of my things not even with my ss number. I then contacted the sales person that helped me explained that they cant find my info only for him not to give me a good reason

    I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A 2025 EQUINOX EV LT *** FOR 3 MONTHS AND VERY TIME THAT I FOUND ONE THAT IS GOOD FOR ME (PRICE, ETC) IS ON, TRANSIT, OK I HAVE TRY TO GET A WAY TO RESERVE ONE OF THIS VEHICLE, AND ALWAYS, IS ALREADY SOLD, THERE IS A PERSON THAT RESERVE BEFORE, IN OTHER WORDS, FOR 3 MONTHS I HAD BEEN TRYING TO RESERVE ONE OF THIS THAT ARE GOOD FOR ME, AND I CANNOT GET IT THE ONLY ANSWER IS: COME TO VISIT **, AND IF THE CAR THAT I WANT IS NO PRESENT, WHAT FOR I WILL ***** OTHER WORDS IF YOU GUYS ( THE DEALER) CANNOT GIVE A PROCEDURE TO RESERVE ONE OF THE INCOMING WITH THE PRICE THAT YOU PRINT ON LINE IN YOUR WEBSITE, WHAT CAN I DO

    Im very disappointed i felt safe at first purchasing a vehicle from a dealer but sad to say this place is worst than a buy here pay here I've had better experience on the street. I purchased my first truck back in June 24 2 days after leaving the lot my truck left stranded 2018 1500 that was inspected by the service department and everything was supposed to be good I call they said bring the truck in which I did they told me it will be weeks no loaner. So I said I would rather take that in for another truck i did they screwed me on my loan with *********** and stuck me with no warranty still purchased same truck little lower miles 60k notice transmission was a bit harsh shift went for inspection and it passed so I continued couple months later same situation brought truck directly back to service few days later I received a call transmission no good i asked how long was it like that was told had to been awhile so pretty truck was sold to me like that ok repar cost 7k no I don't want the truck no more maybe getting something a bit newer selling cars they make you feel so comfortable but one you drive off your on your own i went back traded my truck for a 2022 1500 40k miles with warranty had the truck maybe 2 months notice it jerks and shift hard and sometimes won't go into reverse brought it back immediately I've been without my truck loosing money going on 3 weeks service don't answer phone calls don't matter what time of the day you call I would never recommend purchasing from them 3 truck all under 100k miles and all had serious mechanical issues service does not communicate I've one service advisor that was great but now 3 week they waiting on a valve body no calls no update don't answer calls worst car buying experience I've ever had this needs to be addressed we are working people who spend our last to purchase vehicles to rely on the to take us to work and school and to be left stranded on the road wit no help and high bills they technically don't care

    I am writing to you for help. 1 the dealer has not corrected the bill I signed. 2 I have all the information needed to prove it and Gm is charging me more. I have been very patient trying to get help and no has come to help me. I am also paying high interest 3 I been waiting on my plate for 4 weeks I paid a service the dealer charge me they are taking long I tried to work with everyone but I am just getting the run around please help me thank you I retired this month looking forward for a car I cant enjoy I think we should talk to the owner for help thank you ****** ***** ps if I can return the car I am willing to

    11/23/24 Update Vehicle still at dealership (47 days) ******************* and request management to return my call. Still waiting. Dealership never contacted me regarding this matter. Advisor said earlier this week, they received parts and vehicle should be ready by Friday. It didnt happen, I went to the dealership to extend loaner and looked around the shop and they are not even working on my vehicle!11/08 Dealership found the issue 2 days ago, parts had eta of today Friday 11/8 and received call from Advisor stating that the parts was out of stock nationwide. Car has been at dealership for over a month, and I will be filing lemon law. I am stock with a loaner that limits my driving distance and mileage.10/30 update: dealership have not reach out. I received a call on Monday with potential fix not later than Wednesday, and I am currently standing in front of advisor and he is clueless of who made the called and there is no update on vehicle.Provided contact information via email.Update: 0 star - post sales experience. Vehicle came out of dealership with what seemed to be a minor defect and I was asked to take it to service. 3 days later, dropped vehicle and has been in service since. Sixteen (16) days and counting. I requested an exchange 3 days after vehicle purchase and was denied with the excuse that the bank paid and they didnt own the vehicle. I tried reaching out to sales, finance asking for management to reach out and never heard from them.Always a good experience I reached out to Amed regarding the need of an affordable vehicle, stopped by the dealership at 2:30 pm and 2 hours later I was driver home on a brand new car.Thank you

    I had my truck towd to Bomnin Chevrolet on the 16th the day before I lost power and my dashboard said serv ************** immediately, my service advisor Dol said no problem, week later called me said I needed a battery for $479 would I like to continue so reluctantly I agree knowing I had just had dionostics saying my battery was fin and need trans and engine looked at , a week later called me said I needed a starter & would put me at $1800 I then asked for a payment plan he returned and said yes I was approved so I had continued. a week later called me saying I needed a water pump this would be covered under my plan and would be finished on Sept 2 when I have arrived on my bike he said how sorry my truck was not ready ask for a loaner and said he still hadn't had 1 for me that my truck would be ready on the sept 9th so again I arrived being out of work for a month now. I received a call from Bomnin sept 17th ***** had said come pick up your tuck it was ready for me I asked what do I need to bring he replied my license only perfect, when I arrived Dol my serv advisor approached me saying how sorry that my truck wasn't ready he called the mechanic saying how he couldn't lie to me anymore when with this pump and harness be put on paused and asked him where is my truck hung up the phone and promised me on the 19th he was sorry he still hadn't had a loaner for me, very disappointed I called on the 19th couldn't get an answer finally called the service Manager on Sept 23rd he put me on hold & said he talk he personally talked to the mechanic that he would be finished on Tuesday Sept 24th guaranteed, they sent a car for me to be picked up when I had arrived the manager came & asked me how much I had owed him idk he came back asked me for $3000 I asked for the payment plan and was told they did not have any payment plan still no bill and asked to see my truck knowing it wasn't fixed now because I received a text from my truck saying serv engine on Oct 14th had a bill

    LIARS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY $#@&! USING classic bait and switch tactics!I had a trucar quote for two cars on their lot. Called and spoke to **** and he said the price was good and both cars were on the lot. He later changed his mind and said one was in dadeland and offered to get it but the the one I really wanted to see was on his lot and he went and saw it - later confirmed vis txt as - see screenshots. I even specifically told **** that I would be ****** and walk out if when I got there the car was gone.I get to the dealer and he is not there. I asked for the manager, *******, and he then says the car was sold yesterday. He apologized and said he would get another car and match the price. ******* PROMISED HE WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT. He even told me he had asked **** to leave early because he made a customer earlier that day drive from ******* for a car they didn't have.After 2.5 hours they finally came back with a price over 3k my original price. I left.Classic bait and switch car dealer tactic. They tell you the car is on stock, promise it's on the lot, then tell you it just sold.

    ON JAN 12 2024, I BOUGHT A 2023 ***** BOLT EV VIN *****************, THAT QUALIFY FOR A TAX INCENTIVE OF $ *****, I QUALIFY TOO, (EVEN I WAS NO T ASKED) THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT " IT WAS NOT IMPLEMENTED YET" ACCORDING TO IRS BEGUINING JANUARY 2024, THERE WAS SPECIFIC INTRUCTIONS FOR THE TAX INCENTIVE, I HAVE ALREADY CONTACT YOU GUYS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SO FAR NO ANSWER REGARDING THE SUBJECT

    Bomnin Chev West Kendall has the worst service department I have ever dealt with. My vehicle was there for 130+ days. During that time, my service consultant ***** never called me to provide updates. I wasnt hung up on by the receptionist or sent to voicemail. Service consultant ***** also had an attitude when I showed up at the service department after my vehicle was there for 60+days and I said was going to begin the lemon law process. To make the experience even worse, prior to picking up my vehicle, I was called by the rental car company I was using as a loner vehicle provided by Bomnin and was told Bomnin stated my wife showed up at their facility and removed our tag from our vehicle and caused a show and they would not be paying for my rental any longer and I owed them $700 dollars and if I didnt return the car within 3 hrs they would report it stolen. (come to find out Bomnin had mistaken due to my last name). When I picked up my vehicle it had the tag on it further proving my wife was never at their facility. When my vehicle was brought out it had black paint transfer on the fender, I asked to speak to the service manager ***** and explained when it was dropped off it had no damage/ transfer. The Service manager ***** proceeded to rub it and say oh it comes off, then asked if I wanted my vehicle cleaned to remove the black transfer. The vehicle was taken to be cleaned and they only cleaned the fender area which had the transfer! I couldnt even receive the courtesy of a full wash.I asked to speak to management, ******, who was the person who stated my wife was the person who showed up at there facility he appeared to be lost and have no idea what was even occurring at the facility. Besides the inconvenience and total lack of communication ****** stated he had no idea why my vehicle was supposedly ready for over 15 days and I was never contacted. Management is a complete disaster, there is an obvious issue starting from the top at Bomnin.
